Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice comprehensive menu. Avocado toast without added stuff was good and egg sandwich with bacon, cheese, tomato and avocado, plus salad was very good. Next time share sandwich and skip avocado toast. Great service at outside table.

I ordered this through DoorDash and was BLOWN AWAY. The food was delicious and was the best breakfast we had while there. Excellent flavor. Can only imagine how good it would be if we dined in. The million dollar bacon was phenomenal. The hot stone pit and fisherman’s scramble…omg.

This was a really fun stop after hiking in Muir Woods. Delicious food, with a nice Korean twist on the menu. Plenty of flavorful options. Really enjoyed the bulgogi tacos and hot pot.

This was our first time at Sunnyside Kitchen. This place must be a gold mine. Service was good and the food was ok, nothing special I had $15 avocado toast that had strawberries, some goat cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on it. The bread didn't taste fresh. The strawberries, cheese and balsamic paired nicely with the avocado and it was very nicely plated. My husband had 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, toast and country potatoes for $17. He said it was ok. The bacon was thick and not too fatty. Our friends had the chicken and waffles and salmon eggs Benedict Each was over $20. They said their dishes weren't overcooked and were ok. $83 for breakfast and nothing special. My husband and I could have had breakfast at home, spent about $5 on ingredients and tasted at least as good, probably better.

Visited with my wife. She got a fruit cup and hash browns. Fruit was nice and fresh but hash browns were just basic food service fare. I got the Loco Moco and was disappointed. presentation was nice but flavors were way off. tasted like a leftover lean cuisine teriyaki meal with a brick-like fried burger on top. bad news. Avoid that one.

What a delightful random find. In town for a visit and headed up to Sonoma for wineries and looked for a place for breakfast. Trip advisor and Google both popped up with kitchen sunny side as a recommendation. Excellent choice Avocado toast variations started the page. The strawberry and goat cheese caught Sue’s eye. It was quite nice. An interesting blend of flavors between sweet and savory with the creamy undercurrents of the avocado. The Benedict Florentine spoke to my pallet and adequately delighted it. Perfectly cooked eggs over spinach and muffin with a great hollandaise sauce and delightful potatoes. Hearty recommendation if you are nearby

The breakfast tacos were great as was the latte. Very nice employees. Prices are on par with other Mill Valley places. You can dine indoor or out.

If I could give a zero I would. Don’t believe any of the pictures around. Covid is a great excuse to serve you frozen premade hashbrowns deep fried to give you instantaneous heart attack! Avoid until normal

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and the place was jammed. Sat at the counter and was amazed at the efficiency of the staff in turning out the orders with a genuine friendly attitude. I had the Sunnyside Hash, which was delicious and huge, with a price tag of $16.50. Hey, it’s Mill Valley, so prices are high. Long wait for tables, so opt for counter.

This was exactly the kind of place we look for when we travel. Locals eating at the best place in town. Everything about this meal was fresh and delicious. Everyone agreed that we could come back multiple times and not try everything we wanted to try. We always enjoy a place with fresh squeezed juices. I had eggs with the ubiquitously-promoted Millionaires Bacon, which was special! Sticky and sweet, but with a prefect sneaky kick. My travel companions had the South of the Border which was a delicious combo of peppers, chorizo and avocado, topped with roasted salsa. Highly recommend! Two other chose the Fat Sunny, a deep-friend French Toast topped with fresh fruit. All were delighted.

This place is hands down the best breakfast place ever. Okay, they need more servers. The servers do a good job but too many tables. The food is the best. We had the Oscar Bene which was eggs benedict with crab because crab season is closing early. We also had the seafood scramble. Both dishes loaded with crab, The plates were huge and awesome. We both commented that the price was equal to a super nice dinner at say, Fisherman's Wharf but we believed it was more than worth the price! We Love This Place. Hands down the best! It is small and the tables are close so you will hear everything at the table next to you.

Millionaire bacon, passion fruit iced tea are great. Noisy and crowded, loved my crunchy French toast. Hot pot is enough for two, chorizo is over spiced. They must be doing something right, this place is jammed!

Cute place with lousy food and service. Come on: Parsley on oatmeal, what is that? Sorry, but having tried this several times (no more!) the food seems to be prepared by someone who doesn't really know how to cook. They sorta present okay, but boooooooring taste. . . often served warm, not hot. The coffee tastes weak. Espressos awful. Cheap. About the service: Have to ask for water refills, have to get out of your chair to get things, even if the place is half full. "Excuse me, may I have a menu!!!??" Maybe it's the language barrier, as most are speaking another language, not sure what it is. They smile but don't engage. They serve things fast, but not hot. All the Bendicts, as in egg dishes look okay, but taste institutional. Hm, maybe that's where the cook is from, San Quentin? Oh boy, such as sweet place, but unless they get a new cook and promote it, they've lost a couple of customers here, maybe hundreds of others otherwise. Unless these peeps like lousy.

Hi Fresh Tomatoes. Thank you for your several visits. We're sorry to hear you have not enjoyed our food as much as most people do. If you do make it back in please let us know so we can help guide you toward items we think will be best for you and make sure you enjoy them.
