A pleasant restaurant with the best gluten-free pizza crust of any pizza we've tried in at least 10 years. We had the one with mushrooms, garlic, and fontina, I think called Tenderfoot. We enjoyed a surprisingly good Baby kale salad with toasted quinoa. The grilled Brussel Sprouts to Share was a generous and tasty portion, a bit charred from the grill. Fries were excellent and the plate of vegetables were fresh and steamed perfectly, both served hot just as they should be. The service, while accommodating and available, seemed a bit stern, but we had 2 demanding 2-year olds, tired and hungry, crying when we arrived. Still they served us well.

Loved eating here outside for a casual family dinner. My kids got a pizza and we ordered pasta. Very delicious, friendly service and nice ambiance outside.

We're big fans of Tamalpie. We like to end there after a day trip to Point Reyes. The pizza is great (such good options) and staff are friendly and it's a lovely place. It's hard to go wrong with choosing a pizza, and I also like the apricot wheat beer they have on tap.

Excellent pizza! The crust was perfect. The owner/manager was very friendly. The mushroom pizza was one of the best we have ever enjoyed! We're from SoCal, visiting Mill Valley - and wish we could take this restaurant back south with us!

Imagine a pizza without tomato sauce -- you get it here in several delicious options. I love the Tenderfoot Trail pizza.

Had dinner here with my son, place was fairly busy we got a spot outside. Menu is simple but something there for everyone from Pasta to Pizza, also offer a kids menu. Very nice wine & cocktail menu.

Our nephew picked up the pizza, so we didn't actually see the restaurant, but we enjoyed both the pizzas and the sides he picked up. I was worried the fried brussel sprouts were overcooked, but they turned out to be delicious.There were also colorful, crispy beets and a good salad. We shared two pizzas. One had pepperoni, tomato sauce, etc. (Looking at the online menu, it must have been the Railroad Grade.) It was full flavored and the crust had just enough char.Our other pizza had prosciutto and burrata cheese and was heavenly.

Our family recently ate at TamalPie (extra credit for the creative name!) while staying in Mill Valley. We were looking for a place that would make everyone happy, and TamalPie Pizza delivered. The pizzas were delicious, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with the heaters keeping us warm as the sun set. Good location and great food - definitely recommend!

Good thin crust pizzas fennel sausage topped pizza excellent. The tricolored salad was indeed excellent. An appetizer of roasted Brussels sports really hit the spot! Somewhat expensive for the items above along with a glass of wine and a beer. Popular spot for young families with kids - extremely busy between 5 and 6... we have made multiple visits with both our children and grand child

Come here all the time with our grandson. A really family friendly restaurant. Pizzas are great, as is the side dishes and salads. Easy to get good portion of kids meal and a fair price. Fried Brussels sprouts are great. Service is fast and efficient.

We were excited when this place opened. We had a couple really good pizzas but then we started noticing that sometimes the dough was delicate, sometimes it was tough as shoe leather. So we stopped going here, the quality was not consistent.
