Always a first port of call when visiting Sandy. Delicious food, great staff and wide selection of options. Have never dined in yet, always order a take away and it is always accurate and on time.

Booked at the last minute and they managed to accommodate us. The service was quick and relatively friendly. I asked for lime pickle with my poppadoms and it brought it to me, it was lovely Didn't have to wait long for our main - I had the chicken rezella and it was one of the best curries I've ever had,... We were given the wrong starters and when we notified the waiter he denied it. My husband ordered a chicken starter and the waiter ignored him and left him with prawns instead. Curry was tasteless and watery. Such a shame. Food used to be good.

I've been to the Ghandi many times before but the service has got a lot worse recently. When we went in November the service was slow but nothing like when we went for Valentines Evening. They were so busy with takeaways that we didn't get greeted when we arrived. Once seated we were sat there for half an hour with... More

We have been going to the Ghandi for years having lived here for over 20 years. Fab little Indian we love it! Great price, nice and tasty plus a lovely welcoming service. It is quite busy on weekends so may take longer than usual but worth the wait. They are having an extension soon which we are looking forward to... More

We ordered a takeaway from here as we hadn't had one from the Gandhi for about a year. Plus points first - it is very cheap, £15.00 for two curries, two sides, naan bread and poppadoms, great price! The food was bland with very little taste, 6 small pieces of meat in each curry, naan bread was very stodgy and... More

Went here with my girlfriend and although we hadn't booked, they managed to fit us in and were very friendly. Service was good and food was lovely. Price was average but good good value.

Beautiful food and very affordable, the only Indian restraunt I will visit from now on! It has a very relaxing atmosphere and there is so much choice on the menus. Would highly recommend the chicken tikka masala and saag paneer
