I loved the authentic and old venue. The chips and salsa were great. But since it was lunch and we didn't want to pay a lot or eat a lot, we ordered the simple taco and enchilada lunch plate. Although very good, it wasn't enough to be wow we have to go back. But due to popularity and other reviews... More

I been there twice and love the food! really wish i lived closer. You can tell it's good because of the wait.

Have fallin in love again with this place and can't get enough of it. MJ and Patty are the best. And I must admit all of the wait staff are excellent also. Some of our favorites are the Cheese Enchilada, the brisket taco, the carne asada taco, the grilled chicken taco, the beef chimichanga, and the ground beef burrito. I... More

Excellent Salsa and chips. Chicken Chimichanga was dry and lacking flavor. Cheese Enchiladas were very good. Service was very good as well.

Love Nuevo Laredo Cantina and think it is one of the best Mexican restaurants at which I have ever eaten. I love that it is a bit of a hole in the wall with a great menu. Try the Holy Tacos for a different experience. (excellent) Watch the road when crossing from the other lot. Enjoy a great experience.

Icon in Atlanta so we had to try. Authentic amer-mex food. Very crowded as it seems everyone loves it and we went on a Tuesday. Not much room and loud but good service and food. It's more of an experience than a restaurant. We had a nice time in this throw back to blue collar Atlanta.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. It's a hole in the wall but you can't beat the food. Best fresh salsa, brisket tacos and the Cadillac margarita! We always get there early to avoid the wait.

This used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant until we moved away....have not been back for a year or so and the new menu seems to be overpriced. Four of us ordered different lunches and, while the food was all excellent, we found the portions to be smaller than before and also much more money. Disappointed in the high price... More

We arrived just after opening (noon) on a Sunday and were seated promptly. Within 30 minutes there was a 15-minute wait for seating. Fresh chips and salsa (excellent) arrived right away. We ordered the huevos rancheros and enchiladas (one steak, one chicken). They were very good -- ample, flavorful, plated nicely. I subbed black beans for refried and they were... More

While it's been around for a while, Nuevo Laredo holds its spot as the best in town. Popular, so expect a wait, especially in the evening. Lunch specials good until 3:00, so you can eat a late lunch and no dinner. Large portions of good food. Decent margaritas, good Mexican beer selection (all bottles and cans, no draft).
