We enjoyed the Hal’s, had been there with a Group of 6. Fish, Steaks and desserts had been really very good! They do not offer a draft, just bottled beer, I believe this is a mistake, even knowing they do have a long bar.

I guess you would say it is business casual. I don't think you have to have a jacket for men but most men did. It was a younger well to do Buckhead crowd in their normal attire.
