chicken burger was good, lasagne has given me the poos, in my opinion, bruschetta is usually red but this bruschetta looked more like a piece of bread with rat droppings and some raw onion.

Visited here several times during our month long stay. Never had evening meal but had breakfast and snack meals. Food good, reasonably priced and served by very friendly staff. Lovely views as well.

Took breakfast here twice. Great service and a good hearty breakfast with English back bacon egg and sausage. Also comes with roast beans tomatoes and coffee. An absolute bargain for less than €5. Service was good and it's nice to sit by the sea in the sunshine. Well worth the visit for breakfast but not sure of evening meals. A... More

Nice place to eat lunch or dinner with great outlook over the bay. Better quality place than most of Bugibba Square joints. Good food reasonably priced and they even offer smaller portion pastas which saves on waste and money. The battered fish and chips also very nice. I almost said the Maltese people are all very nice, which is true,... More

Stopped for coffee and we were very tempted to add the bacon toast to our order! All four of us decided to do so and we were not disappointed! Absolutely delicious bacon and very tasty. Brilliant value at only 1.75 Euro! Recently paid three times that for similar in UK and not nearly as good! We returned for a repeat... More

We are regular visitors to Malta as we have family who live there, and The Bayside is one of our almost daily visits, if only for coffee whilst looking at the sea, or under cover if the weather is less than pleasant. The breakfast ciabatta is a favourite and sets us up for the day, plus we really enjoy their... More

Stopped for snack on a sunny day. This place is quiet and relaxing with seating on a large balcony overlooking the sea. Chilli and a steak baguette ordered with soft drinks. Great fast and efficient service from the young waiters. Chilli was nice but the steak baguette was not tasty and the filling was not what was anticipated. Only one... More
