I had the "Broccoli" dish with beef, and it just hit the spot. With excellent service and great food. Also you can tell that it is homemade and not microwave, with the fact that is it very authentic. I will definitely be sure to come back here soon and to bring my friends.

My husband and I love to eat here. We sit outside, have a few drinks and enjoy a great meal! We often come for our anniversary and quite often in between!

Good presentation but disappointed at taste ! In a family trip at Virginia, we were looking for a place to eat, fallowing the reviews got here, the ambient was nice, the waitres was pleasant, unfortunately we ask for a Margarita and they don't have the rum, I ask for a sweet tea, they don't have it, my husband ask for... Finicky eater. Kind of a go to for us now. Reliably good, light food (if that is what you want) at a reasonable price. Some of the wait staff are wonderful. Kudos.

On August 10, 2016, a friend took me to the Mom Siam restaurant, in Richmond, VA, for lunch. I had red chicken curry and it was delicious ! He had the green chicken curry, which wasn't nearly as good as the red curry. The only down side was many of the tables sat 5 or more people and there weren't... More

Not only is this my favorite Thai food in Richmond it's my favorite restaurant in Richmond and has been since childhood. Their crispy whole fish, green curry, massaman curry, drunken noodles, and soft shell crab pad Thai are favorites but you really can't go wrong!

Great food! Walked up and down Cary Street looking for dinner. None of the menus for the restaurants were offering something different. Walked a little further than suggested and found Mom Siam. So glad we held out. Appetizers and entrees were fantastic! Thai iced coffee was delightful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm pretty easy to please, but this place was disappointing. A friend and I visited Mom's Siam on a Saturday for lunch. We ordered three dishes: som tum, nam tok, and pad khing. All three were equally disappointing. The som tum and nam tok tasted like they were made by an amateur chef trying to cook Thai food at home... More

Typical Thai served with frustratingly slow service in a troublingly dirty establishment. Pass, You really don't want Thai that bad anyway.

Mom Siam was not in my usual rotation of Thai places--Thai Diner Too, Elephant Thai, or, my favorite, Pad Thai on Meadowbridge--so I was interested to try it last night before attending a concert. Fortunately, my husband and I were actually looking to kill some time because had we been on a tight schedule, Mom Siam would have been a... More
