It's ok but I prefer my BBQ to be at least warm; coleslaw to chunky for me but the Cajun fried corn was good & husband like his sides of baked beans & potato salad. Order process is awful. The order line, pick up space, drink machines & the front door are all in the same space. It is a... More

Never disappointed when we come to Buz & Ned's...may be a little wait in line, but it moves quickly. Got the bbq chicken skewers for the first time and they were delicious! Definitely ordering them again. My favorite, though, is the grilled bread....oh my goodness!

Have eaten here before, never been disappointed. Stopped in for lunch and had a half rack of ribs; once you order expect to wait - this ISN'T fast food - it's great BBQ. This place beat Bobby Flay in a throw down and its easy to see why. As of April 2017 - they have a special on Tuesday of... More

I ordered a to-go meal via phone and after getting a little turned around, I finally found the restaurant. When I went in, it was not clear where I was suppose to pick up my food, but was soon directed to the bar. The bartender was ignoring me until I literally went down the bar and stood in front of... The brisket and sauce was so fresh and delicious! It lived up to the hype. The corn on the cob was to die for, so tasty and I loved the kick. I didn't love the mac and cheese though. It's a very small place and you can barely get to the drink fountain. We waited about 10 mins in line... More

Service was pleasant. Catfish was good. Fried okra was good. Ribs were good. French fries were good. Lots and lots of food. What's not to like!

Best baby back ribs in the area. The ribs are cooked to perfection. The sides were also delicious. It's a good casual dining experience.

Typical 'down home' decor. We got the pork BBQ. That comes without sauce. You add your own from a bottle on the table. The 'shoot the pig' game at the bar was a little noisy. The potato salad was OK and the Cole slaw the same. Hubby's beans good after he added hot sauce.

Make sure they get your name right! If not, your stuck for the next hour lost and confused. I don't know why people praise the food here, everything was mediocre.

The food was delicious but the service was slow and they misplaced our order. It wasn't easy to find parking.

While Buz has been dishing real barbecue in Richmond since 1992, our first brick-and-mortar location on Boulevard opened in 1995. We've also had the honor and privilege of being featured on some of television's top food shows. We are thankful to our loyal fan base that keeps coming back year-after-year. We opened our Broad St. location in 2012 and we look forward to bringing the same barbecue tradition to the West End.
