This place is crazy...and I do mean crazy "good". We sat up on the balcony and had the cat bird seat...we could look down in the kitchen and I can tell you first hand that the cooks knew exactly what they were doing. The meals came out quick and awesome! The menu is plentiful and the food was awesome. The... More

Home visiting the RVA and have to take my guy to my favorite breakfast spot in Richmond. The crab cakes and eggs are fantastic. House make crab cakes were perfect, lotsa crab, little filler. Dave, our server, was on it the entire meal. My guy got the cowboy scramble and he gives a thumbs up. Don't miss a visit to... More

My daughter lives in Richmond, a nurse at VCU. She and her friends are regulars here for breakfast after work. Went with her when we visited. Not a pretentious place, quaint. Good home cooked food. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

I stopped off at this place in my last day in Richmond, Virginia, and was in a bit of a flap, having missed my Megabus, and not sure how to get to my next destination in Philly. The waitress who took my order was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. Her name was Chrissy if I remember correctly. She was fast, the... More

We went for breakfast and expected a wait since it was Sunday morning. We were seated with 15 minutes and 15 minutes later, our order was taken. After about 1 hour and 15 minutes, still no food, told it was being cooked because of an error. Ok no problem but others got served that got there after us. I am... More

I would have to say this is one of the best diners I've been to. They have lots to choose from with it all being standard diner food. They are open until 3am on the weekend which makes it a local favorite after hitting the bars downtown - but also makes it hard to get a seat during the early... More

You guys are nuts! This by no means even rates in the top 25 chicken fried steaks. The fitter was tiny, thing, and lacked any reasonable flavor. The gravy was instant gravy it was thin, and lacked flavor as well. The mashed potatoes we okay, the mac n cheese was decent, however, the one shining moment was the fried cheese,... More
