Our dinner at this restaurant was really enjoyable.
Very good food, with well-kept dishes and rich in flavor.
The location is equally enchanting, with a view of the harbor that gives a relaxing and suggestive atmosphere. Although the prices are not among the lowest, they align with the average of other restaurants in the area. However, here we had the feeling of spending our money well, thanks to the quality of the food and, above all, to the EXCELLENT service of the staff, always attentive and courteous, which I want to point out because it really made a difference ... nowadays unfortunately it is difficult to find a staff that puts all this passion into an activity not their own!!

The 5 of us visited this wonderful restaurant as a treat for our last night of our wonderful 2 week Sicily holiday, and it didn’t disappoint. Whilst it may appear very professional, and it is, it’s not stuffy by any means and unlike la Cambusa does a great job with service. We chose a couple off the antipasti menu and our waitress offered to serve up so we could all share and that was brilliant, not least the raw red prawns, swordfish and octopus - simply delicious. Mains including prawn tartar spagettone were exceptionally good for us all and having sampled 12 restaurants in our fortnight we all agreed that this is vying for top spot. Whilst it’s location makes it a little expensive, it is worth it - €250 for 5 of us with 2 bottles of €30 Sicilian rose.

Very friendly waiters, good food and a great location. The only negative was the slightly overpowering music from next door. Mu wife worries about portion sizes and the waiter was very helpful. 2 antipasti, 2 primi and a kids plate, 2 glasses of wine 1 dessert, 2 coffees water and a soft drink a reasonable 117 euro. The worst fried fish I've ever eaten. Tasteless, extremely greasy, served cold and therefore practically fried en masse and then served in portions. Furthermore, the cost is disproportionate for a not very generous portion. On my note, the waiter, with an expression that did not hide his embarrassment, justifies himself by saying that however there was red prawn (4 pieces which together made one worthy of note), on the note he boasts of the fact that they were fried with oil EVO, perhaps made with olive leaf extract because you couldn't taste or smell it.
The place is excellent and also the local Catarratto wine, it's a shame that they can't enjoy the merit of both... At the end of this experience, 4 people, we paid €130 for an appetizer and a glass of wine each.
I certainly don't recommend it even to those who have money to waste.

We had a couple's dinner on the eve of the epiphany. I haven't been so pleasantly satisfied with a restaurant in a long time. The cuisine is refined and not trivial, the ingredients excellent and the dishes plentiful. We had the risotto with hazelnut and shrimp cream, the swordfish and eggplant pasta revisited and the tuna slice in panko breading. Everything's great. The staff was very friendly and the prices in the line of many other restaurants but present a much more mundane gastronomic offer. I highly recommend it.

Decent seafood... however, I asked for a glass of “house wine” and the waiter comes out and starts opening a bottle. I stopped him and said “whoa, don’t open the bottle… I just wanted one glass of basic house wine.” To which he said “yes, this is the house wine.” So he opened the bottle and poured me a small glass… on the bill the was a 10 euro fee for opening the bottle. He could’ve mentioned it as I was obviously not wanting to spend 17 euro on a small glass of white wine. Poor service. There’s lot of great options in the Marina, don’t support places that rip off tourists.

Elegant and refined restaurant located in the small port of Castellammare del Golfo specializing in fish. Dishes of unique goodness served with careful and careful plating, friendly and kind staff. Normal prices, indeed, for a restaurant of this kind, perhaps still quite accessible and "competitive". If I have to make a note I can only find one: we came for three evenings to have dinner, we had such a good time, and perhaps a little more "hospitable" treatment would have been appreciated. Before dessert we were asked if we wanted a glass of sweet wine to accompany it and, assuming it was offered given the countless visits, we accepted. I actually found it in the account. I didn't mention it because it's worth it anyway and we've always had a great time.

I have been to eat at Rosmarina several times and every time it is a surprise for the palate and a certainty in the service. The staff is friendly and helpful and the dishes are delicacies created by expert hands: flavors and aromas combine in high quality and genuine combinations and ingredients. What I recommend is trying the busiate with red prawns from Mazara. Wonderful!

Sunday lunch. 4 adults and a 5 year old girl. We sit down at 1.30pm and manage to order after 20 minutes. To speed up, we only order 4 first courses and one second course which never arrived. Around 3pm, after several reminders, we ask to at least have the girl's pasta delivered and they reply that the dishes are about to come out. Another 10 minutes pass and nothing arrives. We ask for explanations again and we are told: "For us you can leave." Without even apologizing for the terrible organization.
I hope for them that the dishes are good, I can't comment on that, but with this management they have really lost a lot of points. We won't be returning.

Undecided when faced with the choice of so many restaurants despite the off-season period, we finally opted for Rosmarina. It was a truly lucky choice. A splendid dinner to remember. A delicious appetizer, an amazing couscous with delicate aromas, an excellent wine recommended by the very polite and professional waiter. Highly recommended.

The restaurant which directly overlooks the port of Castellammare is well furnished and welcoming. The friendly and professional staff. The dishes are very good, especially the innici risotto, a real dish that makes the difference and which I recommend. Rosemary appetizer not bad although personally I would have exempted the prawns in aurora sauce just for the fact that it is an exploited dish. We continued with an excellent aubergine parmigiana. Overall, everything was good and the prices were reasonable considering the type of place and the quality of the food.

What a treat to discover Rosmarina in our evening strolling around Castellammare del Golfo. We each had the tasting menu and a great variety of courses. The seafood salad was half fresh and half cooked seafood, followed by spaghetti with raw red prawns and a bisque. The mackerel was not a quai so we were served Delucious grilled squid with another bisque type sauce. Our supper ended with a coffee/salted caramel pastry. The service was friendly and timing just right. If you are looking for a relaxed special dinner - this is well worth a visit.

We had lunch with our family in this beautiful restaurant, the place has 2 rooms and was completely full, we waited a bit for the food but in the end it was worth it! The absurd first courses, especially the risotto, are dedicated to Monte Inici, impeccable service despite the place being full but above all thanks to the manager, who was able to advise and entertain us!!! We'll be back well done!

Beautiful restaurant chosen for dinner in the evening lights of the port of Castellammare. Came mainly for the signature of the place: the risotto Dedica ai Monti Inici, with red shrimp. Explosion of flavors in the mouth, impossible not to honor it with a shoe. Then grilled fish of first quality with salmoriglio sauce and vegetables on the side. Large portions. We had to return a second time to try Rosmarina appetizer and especially desserts. We opted for a Sicilian cart with ricotta and chocolate foam with an incredible marzipan ice cream to complete.
