We dine at Kona on a regular basis. The food and service is always good. I love the Jambalaya. Kona has a good selection of cocktails and wines too. We will be back for sure.

Damian, Thank you for your feedback about our store and I love the fact that you are a regular with us! The Jambalaya is one of my favorites and I always add shrimp to it for a few dollars more. You will have to try it! We are rolling out a new menu for you to try starting November 9th!... More

Whenever we take in a show at the Funny Bone there's one place we need to eat: Kona Grill. We got in around 10:15 and threw in our order right away. At our table we had about 8 orders of sushi, calamari, and spicy shrimp. We got our whole order by 10:30. Our server was friendly and delivered great service.... More

Thank you for your feedback on the sushi rolls for happy hour. We are always changing and expanding our menus, so don't forget to come back and try some other of our rolls. If you are a fan of the spicy tuna rolls, the checkerboard and wave rolls are also delicious. Thank you again, Jessica Heatherington Assistant Manager 402-779-2900 More

We did several happy hours with friends while visiting Omaha. We believe they have one of the best Happy hours anywhere. Lots of beer and wine deals and the appetizers are marked way down even to 1/2 off. You must get their early, starting at 4pm on week days but staring at 3pm on Friday...lasts till 7pm. Only allowed in... More

We had sashimi and 3 rolls. The sashimi wasn't even cut all the way so the 5 pieces was more like 3. The rolls were a lot of rice and not much fill. For dessert we had the fudge brownie and caramel creme brulee. The brownie was huge but dry and flavorless. I've had better from Betty Crocker. The brulee... More

As a complete rookie at sushi, our party sat at the bar to get some help on what to order from the Happy Hour menu. The bartender was absolutely helpful and gave great insight. I was happy to try several different kinds of sushi -- and I think that is the way to try it. I loved one, liked 3... More

Ordered the California Sushi roll and a Spinach Chicken Salad and it was awesome! My husband ordered the Kona Burger (I think that's what it was called), but he equally enjoyed his meal. Would go back again if we visited the area again. Service was quick and timely and polite. Nice that the restaurant is in a shopping district and... More

Agree with several other reviews posted on the quality of food. In the last couple of years Kona has really gone downhill, they seem to thrive on their happy hour specials. This is my second very mediocre meal in the last month, I won't be back. Appetizer-$11.00 calamari, chewy, not warm when brought to table, & not completely fried. Dinner-my... More
