The pho was not good at all. If you like bland pho that you absolutely must need to add sauce to, then this is the place for you. They didnt know how to make pork and shrimp spring rolls and it seemed like a problem when I asked. Never again.

I love this place. We go all the time. Their Bahn Mi is stuffed with meat. The Pho broth is great. The trays are wonderful.

Had a very nice dinner here with two colleges, both living part time in Hanoi, and both vouchered for the authenticity of the food. Excellent taste, fresh ingredients and good prices overall. The lack of the that interiors that some have pointed out is true but if you eat vietnamese food I guess it only adds to the authentic feel.... More

This place was SO GOOD! The food was comforting, healthy, and yummy despite its low price! I came here with a friend after a few final exams in a row and it really helped us fueled slash filled up! I ordered bun! which turned out to be a super wise choice! (Originally i was struggling between bun and pho cause... More

We only had the pho, so the review is limited. I have had a very hard time getting decent pho in the US, but I was reasonably happy with our bowls, 1beef, 1chicken, here. The noodles were not pho but rather bun, but there is no taste difference, only shape: pho is flat, bun is round. Based on this experience,... More

I would probably not get pho here, but other Vietnamese options. Their bunh is great, their wraps are great. They advertise best sandwich, but other food is much better if you are willing to try them. They also give a lot of food and service is fabulous.

Once in a while, my Japanese wife gets a feeling for Pho and until she has three days in a row of Pho (poor me), we have to eat Pho. During 4th of July, most Pho places in the U District were closed, but Thanh Vi was opened and we were very happy with the food overall. The veggies are... More

Wife and I went away happy campers. The egg rolls were tasty. Try the 27 and 36a if you are starving.

My Favorite place to go on a cold day or when I'm under the weather. Great Pho, Great sandwiches and they have Veggie broth, which not every viet restaurant does. Very laid back atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. You can also order To Go, which we do often.
