Beecher' handmade cheese is a fun place to stop and watch cheese being made. And the samples are great. We did not eat when we were there, but did purchase cheese, whicj we enjoyed later.

Beechers is a great place to go to anytime. It's also very nice if you have friends in town visiting. They actually have a viewing window were you can observe the difference processes of developing cheese. It's very interesting and they have a variety of...More

If its a chilly day in Seattle, a Tomato Soup and grilled cheese from Beechers is just what the doctor ordered! This place was great, and crowded!

We went in the shop just to sample the cheese, but were fascinated by the cheesemaking taking place right in front of us. Of course we couldn't resist ordering food at that point and loved the sandwiches and amazing mac and cheese.

We love Beecher's fine cheeses. It's extra fun to visit their busy shop, crowded with locals and folks from out of town. Since we are originally from Wisconsin we feel that we can critique cheese curds wherever we find them. Beecher cheese curds are fantastic....More

My trip here was a fun trip to Pike Place Market to forage for Our family Christmas Dinner. I live 25 miles north of Seattle, so it's a drive, and YES, I could buy it at Costco, but there's something special about buying it fresh,...More

My daughter and I stopped by for the cheese curds, which we had read about, and they did not disappoint. But the grilled cheese sandwich is amazing! And you can watch cheese being made if you are lucky enough to snag a seat at the...More

Need I say more? The consistency. The flavor. The warmth. Ahhh. So good, I came back the next day for another.

Sorry, it is a very small place and they don't have specific gluten free options. However, you can have just the cheese and do things yourself with it, which is a good option.

Opposite the main market on the same side of the street as Starbucks original shop. There is a big cheese making container in the window. Enjoy!
