grateful to have this special place in West Seattle. Family owned and operated. Excellent handmade sandwiches, and homemade ice cream, awesome candy counter, and lots of one-of-a-kind shelf items.

Yep the ice cream is awesome but the line is usually too long for me after I have to wait to get my sandwich in the que. The sandwiches are great and they carry many treats and staples from all over Europe which I find very helpful since I have acquired a taste for Dutch and German cookies as well... More

They make all of their own ice cream and each and every one is off the scale. Also there sandwiches and other products are both unique and first class.

I have been a loyal customer of Husky Deli for over 30 years. They offer made to order sandwiches as well as other accompaniments. They make very good soups and their salads are wonderful. There are deli meats and cheeses as well as a lovely assortment of foods from Europe and wines and beers from around the world. Save room... More

I grew up in West Seattle so had to go get Huskies famous licorice ice cream. There is nothing like it. So good. Homemade for more years than I remember. All my brothers worked there at one time or another growing up. I live in AZ now so my visit was a special treat. Same recipe and same great taste.

It's difficult to separate the great family atmosphere and energy from the sandwiches, ice cream, confections, and otherwise hard to find deli items offered here. Very comfortable place to grab lunch and feel like you've gone back in time to a simpler, more relaxed place. I started going here years ago to find odd items to give for Christmas gifts... More

When my husband & I visit our daughter in West Seattle this Deli is always a go to for lunch. Our favorite sandwich is their 12th Man - - a special. The portions are generous and the bread very fresh. The people are very upbeat and friendly. This summer we finally treated ourselves to the ice cream. Now we know... More

Husky Deli seemed like the place to go on warm summer nights in West Seattle - lots of families and kids on break. They offered a cool assortment of unusual groceries too - craft sodas, imported chocolate, biscuits and crackers... if you are having a hard time finding that cookie you fell in love with in Europe, check their shelves....
