Attractive space, attentive service (but not overly so), excellent choices in seafood, pasta, and meat. Maybe I am not objective at the moment after a visit to Hawaii, but the price also seemed very modest. (We paid twice as much for mediocre/bad food at some...More

We were headed to another restaurant for dinner but passed here and decided to change our plans. So happy we did. We had ravioli as an appetizer along with champagne both were equally delicious. For an entree we shared the osso bucco which was equally...More

Have been to this restaurant numerous times, and love their food! The bar makes an excellent Sazerac, and I have only had excellent service. The only downside is the place is almost always extremely noisy. Last visit is was so noisy, it was difficult to...More

Food at Barolo is always exceptional. Menu is well varied, with something that will appeal to all. I am a hugely fussy eater and there are many options for me. Classic Northern Italian cusine, simple and well executed. Service is typically top-notch. Our visit was...More

Our group sat in an alcove in the main restaurant, and it was pretty noisy. But the food and the service were quite nice. The menu was limited, but they still made adjustments to meet individual needs. My pasta dish with crab had plenty of...More

Named after the delicious wine, the food was also pretty delicious. I'm not sure we'll go out of our way for this place, but if we stumble upon it again, we'll know that it's not too bad.

C'mon Barolo, you are better than this. I recommend the restaurant still - but with some caution. Especially for the price point. Food quality was hit and miss. For the 2nd time in as many months we had tough, almost inedible osso bucco and lamb....More

This is our first visit to Barolo; my husband and I took the advantage of Seattle Restaurant Week to try out places we never been before. We were very pleased with Barolo's menu, each course of three was nicely prepared. In spite of the busy...More

Came here twice for happy hour in the bar area. Fried and grilled calamari were both fantastic, as was the grilled Caesar salad. Wines by the glass were a great bargain.

No dress code. However, I would leave the sneakers and shorts in the closet.

Erin, please contact the restaurant via telephone or email for anything restaurant specific or important to you because of health considerations. Personally, I don't. Never need to option for gluten free.
