We arrived before 9am, and it was already crowded. By the time we left, there was a bunch of people waiting to be seated. The dishes are so big, that none of us finished our meals. There are towers of take out boxes, and we sure made use of them. The Farmer's Hash with corned beef had a very nice... More

I go here for breakfast as often as I can. They have great variety even gluten free and vegan. My favorite is the migas.

A great location and comfortable setting for breakfast. The portions were large and the coffee was good. A little pricey but good. I had a scramble but next time will definitely go for the waffles and their fruit/topping bar!

One of the best breakfasts in Seattle. I got the migas which was pretty heavy on the cheddar cheese, but it was tasty. Peg got the swedish pancakes, which were very good and it gives you a trip to the breakfast bar, if you're into an overwhelming smorgasborg of treats and butter.

AMAZING! There were four of us and we ordered four different dishes: crab Benedict, hash, French toast, huevos ranchero. It was all fantastic!

Stumbled on this place for lunch while walking through the area. We were probably one of the older couples (60) there. Enjoyed the french toast and marvelous fruit bar that accompanied it. Real whip cream-yum! Husband ate the hash. It was good, but truly had too much bacon. I know that seems impossible, but it was over-kill. Lots of young... More

The Portage Bay Cafe came highly recommended by a local co-worker. Being a sucker for big American breakfasts, I had to try it. Luckily I came by myself and had a place at the counter after only 10 minutes - and with great company! On a Saturday around 11, that's not very common. If you come in a group, you... More

Get there early on the weekends as this place gets busy very fast! This open concept eatery has something for everyone! Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. The food is fresh and paired well with other items. There is a variety of items to choose from your regular breakfast/brunch items to experimental items. Portions are plentiful so make sure... More

Different, waitress was wonderful, food was very so-so and cold. Pricey, but Organic! 😞 Sorry don't think I'll do that again.

I went there for lunch with a friend. This place has breakfast all day. There is also a very good selection of sandwiches. I had a Cuban. Very well made, excellent ingredients and very well priced. It was a great experience.
