We were very disappointed with our meal. We ordered off the lunch menu. The food was cold and very tasteless. The correct way for a meal is from the carts of food that come by your table. Service was very good and the parking was...More

This restaurant has delicious dim sum and great services, especially the attendance guy. He is the most friendly and awesome!!! The restaurant however can be improved a little bit so I'm giving it a 4-stars. My family and I have been going there for years...More
I go to the House of Hong every time I visit Seattle. Great food with fast service in a large restaurant in a home style atmosphere. They actually have pretty good parking in Chinatown.
It is obvious when you visit that this place has been around for a long time and hasn't lost it. The room is large and the staff is experienced. Seated promptly and tea and water arrive quickly. Carts follow soon with typical choices of dim...More
W ehave had Dim Sum everywhere, and this is just the best around. The place is clean and the staff very helpful. G=Food is really great and worth a stop.

The food is good. Selection good. Portions are good. The service can be slow as someone else pointed out. Parking can be difficult. Once the order has been taken, your food comes fairly quickly.
