Great breakfast lunch place close to the University of Washington and to the boating areas on the north side of Portage Bay. Check the hours before going, they close at 2:00 (weekend) or 3:00 (weekday) in the afternoon. We had three dishes on our last visit; french toast, vegetable omelette, and blueberry pancakes. The french toast was marvelous, more of... More

We stopped by Voula's on the way from Seattle to Vancouver, as it's not too far from the Interstate. When we found it, I was a little surprised as the name indicates it's near(ish?) to a shore line, though it's actually on a nondescript road almost directly underneath I5. The outside isn't particularly impressive, and we found little difference when... More

Found this café online when looking for a new spot to have a good Seattle breakfast. First, a definition: "offshore" means "at sea some distance from the shore." Yet, this café is across the street from buildings that are at the shoreline of Lake Union. That aside, the moment we entered we were told to seat ourselves, enjoyed the scenic... More

This was a cute little diner with excellent breakfast. The menu contained a variety of options for breakfast and lunch and the service was great!

Though tricky to find, this restaurant will not disappoint. Had the biscuits and gravy and they were excellent. Waitress was very attentive and welcoming. A must visit for breakfast or lunch.

Came here based upon the Trip Advisor reviews and was a little disappointed. My whole family thought it was just ok and we literally spend less sometimes when we go to a good steakhouse. I will say that there service was good and their chipotle hollandaise was really good. But I wouldn't go here again.

We try getting to Diner, Drive Ins and Dives locations when we travel. We stopped by Voula's for breakfast, we were blown away with the food there. My wife had scrabbled eggs and bacon which she raved about. I asked our server what a "Chinese Pancake" was, once she explained it I ordered it. Imagine diced ham and a fried... More

I have worked down the street from Voula's for years and I have never had a bad meal there. They are always packed at lunch time which tells me that others feel the same. Good specials and great breakfasts along with your typical diner lunch fare make this a great place to go.

You cannot beat Voula's Offshore Cafe for breakfast. I've been there for breakfast most every time I'm in Seattle, and that's been over a 20 year stretch. It's a diner style place with fantastic food near the base of the University Bridge. It's worth the search, the Greek Sausages and eggs are delivered on top of a large plate totally... More

I came here for breakfast with my friend. I heard that this place was on Food Network, I think Dine in and Dive? I ended up trying one of the dishes that were apparently on that show and I was disappointed. Everything was mixed into one large plate and it was filling. I ended up taking the leftovers home and...
