It was my wife's birthday. We had an early dinner, starting with Escargot, then the Filet Meddalions. Food was excellent, and the service was great.

Girls weekend spent in Seattle. We knew it was restaurant week and picked el Gaucho since it was close to our hotel. Our server was amazing, he went above and beyond and wrote down for us other places to eat and see, since he knew...More

Food excellent...service good...ambience zero...value poor...customer service terrible. We were entertaining our banker who had flown in from Nevada. Dinner reservations had been made well in advance, and we arrived at the appointed time. Having dined a number of times at the original El Gaucho many...More

El Gaucho is a huge restaurant that looks like a tv stage set--its a large space without interior walls and dim lighting. If you thought you were going to eat Spanish food or Argentine cuisine, think again. This is "Continental" cuisine, with a focus on...More

This place is so over-the-top. The lighting is so dim and the music is so loud that you’re losing two of your senses right away. And upfront you should know that your auto charged a 20% tip- and then your bill has a second area...More

One of the most interesting restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Very plain exterior opened into a loud bustling dining area. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere a little dark---hostess passes out small flashlights to read menus and people were using their cell phone lights---and...More

The food and atmosphere was fantastic, myself and a few friends went out and we all ended up getting the specials. Everything was amazing and delicious. I would highly recommend an evening of dinner.
