Across from the Ferrari showroom, this place has a short but delicious menu. There's something for everyone here. Drinks are great too. One thing I loved, they control the seated crowd inside so never feels like you are seating in the middle of a busy street. Don't forget finding out about Needle and Thread while you are there ;)

Get there early to get a seat, this place is not very big. Service was sooooo slow, took forever to get our drinks & fries! The bartender that night made me a FANTASTIC Old Fashion, love those when they are made right. The two Gin & Tonics were fine but we ordered a specific gin so those are hard to... More

I had pre dinner drinks at Tavern Law on the Friday night. In hindsight we could have eaten there too but made a booking at a nearby Italian restaurant. The staff at Tavern Law were super friendly and obliging. The cocktail menu was excellent. Our table was beside a heavy door. From time to time we witnessed people make a... More

This place is no longer cutting edge snd is a tad behind for the westcoast highend cocktail scene. It was also a bit shabby this vidit with dirty floors, stained menus, and moscow mule as the daily drink? The drink menu had only a few innovative choices. Still great for visitors or if in the area. Not writing it iff...but... More

I've been going out in Seattle for years now and this remains the best craft cocktail bar in town. I just went back recently and they've added some new cocktails and brought up the salmon crostini's from the former Spur restaurant in Belltown. The way to experience this place is the lower priced happy hour on weekdays where you can... More

We stopped by Tavern Law for an hour before our reservation at needle and thread. The bourbon / single malt scotch selection was spectacular, while the aged tequila selection wasn't anything to speak about. That said, the bartender made a killer drink. I think the Manhattan was the best out of the 5 drinks we had. I ordered an extra... More

So I'm a bit late to comment since 4 of us went here March 25, 2016, but better late than never? Anyhow came here for happy hour (or early dinner, ha). Interior and furniture a bit chewed up. Drinks were so-so; We ordered 1 drink each, tried each others and we each felt each wasn't balanced (either it was too... More

We love to go to Needle & Thread on weeknights when it's quieter. Both upstairs & downstairs have a great menu, and the staff really takes spirits seriously. Best barkeeps in Seattle!

Was trying to go to Needle & Thread upstairs, but was closed because it was a Monday so tried Tavern Law. Ordered 2 drinks, each of which had no real uniqueness or flavor, one which tasted just like a Fanta Orange. Bartender had attitude as well, total waste of a minimum Lyft ride. Literally the worst place have gone to... More

So on a sat night- it's hard to not only get a table but hard to get some food. Waitress was annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. There's about 10 items to choose from and the only thing I would eat was the cheeseburger- I had to split it with a friend because they only had one left.... More
