My husband and I were staying at the Moxy around the corner and set out walking in search of a place for dinner. We came across Cuoco and we're glad we did. It was a gorgeous evening to sit out on the patio. I had...More

And the waiter attentive. Excellent garlic bread and of course the Tom Douglas coconut pie is awesome. I don’t have anything nice to say about the food, which is decidedly average from a short menu. I guess they can count on Amazon to keep it...More

My team and I ate dinner here after a long business event and had a wonderful time. Our cocktails were fantastic (the Burnt Manhattan was fantastic) and the appetizers (cheesy bread, meatballs, calamari, and octopus) were all well-prepared and arrived at the table quickly. My...More

Great food and wine. We typically share a pasta but ended up ordering a second because the portions were small. A bit taken aback when the bill came and a 20% gratuity was already added. No hesitation to pay it however because it was a...More

Nice setting, friendly staff, and the food is good though nothing special. The real turn-off is that they hit you with a 20% service charge without warning (that's for everyone, not just large parties). Now our $70 bottle of wine (already a stretch and which...More

This was our first visit to Cuoco. We had a great time and really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is dark but still well-lit enough to see. The hostess gave us our option of booth or table which was nice and showed she had read...More

Visited here during Seattle Restaurant week with some coworkers and left disappointed. First, after ordering our meals, one coworker asked about a bread basket as this is a typical staple of most Italian restaurants. Turns out, Cuoco charges for bread (focaccia) and, on top of...More

We made reservations here for dinner on a Saturday night. The area around Cuoco was very quiet. Parking wasn’t too hard to find – we parked about 2 blocks away. The restaurant was pretty big inside and it wasn’t too busy. To start we ordered...More

My good friend wanted to meet us here for a dinner meeting. I love Italian but this place missed the mark. I ordered the lasagna… My first taste made me feel like I was licking on a gigantic square of salt that my hunting friends...More

This place is right in the middle of the Amazon HQ campus. Was taken here by a few coworkers during lunch. Great ambiance and friendly staff. Had a caesar salad and a Goat cheese campanelle with grilled chicken and veggies. Soooo good. Would definitely return...More

"Cuoco" is the Italian word for "cook," and the inspiration for showing off our chefs in an open kitchen. The pasta work station is framed in crisp white tile and surrounded by warm gold and red walls. In addition to the featured fresh pastas, there are savory vegetables and other hearty entrees, created by our newest chef, Stuart Lane. Several private dining options will be available to accommodate 12-25 guests.
