I recommend this to all my mezcal-drinking friends. Great stop on the way up capitol hill, vibrant decor and friendly staff make the price worth it. Though it was late night, they served truly delicious food. Best on the block! Will return.

Sometimes, on broken hearted nights, you just need a place where you can grab a drink without the usual crowds that pack other places up in the hill at those hours. The Saint usually fills that ticket, perhaps they might not have the most extensive menu like nearby Fogón, or the street style charm of Chukis, but the plentiful options... More

This is the second time we've been to The Saint. Both times, we've had the same feeling. It is the cutest place but the food doesn't wow us. We did love the Guacamole, but the salsa was flavorless, and the pork had sauce on it or so many added spices, that it took away from the natural flavor of pork.... More

One of the most chill restaurants and bars on Capital Hill. Love the layout, and the menu is solid. You won't go wrong at The Saint.

The Saint is a cool place! Both great food and drink specials on happy hour. Amazing homemade chips!

Small restaurant with excellent service. QUESOS FUNDIDOS LONGANIZA with House made Mexican chorizo with salsa verde was super delicious! Also the LONGANIZA with al pastor.

The Saint is fortunate to have the talents of their fairly new chef, Álvaro Candela. His Monday night Taco night at Sitka & Spruce was one of Seattle's best kept secrets. Now you can have it every night. While all of the food is great, I would strongly suggest the Al Pastor and to "get out of the box" and... More

Good Mexican food can be challenging to find in the Seattle area, but this place knocked our socks off! Three of us ordered three different entrees and shared. The flavors are amazing! With chips and guacamole to start our meal, we left plenty full. We will go back in a heart beat and give The Saint a two thumbs up!!

They used to be the best, but the recent change, has changed them and not for the good. We recently went there with an out town guest. So incrediably disappointed in the service. We ordered an appetizer...which was a tortilla with sauce on it. Tasty, but did the waitress tell us it would not feed 3 people, let alone 2... More

we were walking back to our hotel in belltown after a lovely dinner on capitol hill and stumbled across this intriguing restaurant and decided to check it out, not knowing that it is a tequila bar, which as coincidence would have it is one of our obsessions. We sat at the bar and did not try the food but did... More
