We had an extraordinary and memorable meal here in this beautiful old building, at a reasonable price for such quality and ambience. So many nice touches, including the beautiful crockery and the plentiful amuse bouches. The snail sausage, artichoke ravioli and duck were particularly wonderful....More

Each course was delicious as were the incidentals before we started and at the end. We ate eggs with salmon and crevettes as starters and we both had duckling and chocolate tart. If only we could cook like this at home.

Our B&B proprietor, Fabrice, recommended this charming restaurant in a historic 12th century building. We were one of 5 tables served the whole evening. They offered 3 amuse-bouche, one before our meal started, after our first course and then after dessert! We ordered the 28€...More

centuries old building, charming setting, professional service and creative food beautifully plated and served; menu heavy on local fish, produce and wines; menu is not in English and staff speaks little English but isn't problematic

Interesting experience. This place has been serving food since the 12th Century, and I could be cynical and say they still don't know how to cook a steak! Very expensive and the 30euro HALF bottle of French Bordeaux was really poor quality. Interesting experience as...More

We first dined here in 1969 while touring the chateaux of the Loire Valley. I just found the restaurant brochure and decided to look on-line to see if it was still operating. How wonderful to see that it is still serving up excellent dishes in...More

I wish I could answer your question. Our reservation was made by our Bed&Breakfast innkeeper, who highly recommended this amazing restaurant. It's small, intimate, and meals take time. When we dined in April 2027, there was... More
