We went to Smoke Shack for breakfast while on a family vacation. And by family I mean 8 adults and 5 children. We called ahead just to give them a heads-up and it's a good thing we did. The whole place only has about 8 tables and we took up half of them! But the server was excellent, very attentive... More

I was awaiting the opening of the smoke shack this year. It is under new ownership and these guys know what's up. Spot on with the cuban sandwich. It might be my favorite place to eat in all of Seward. Excellent menu, friendly staff and great execution by the kitchen. It's a small place which I imagine could result in... More

Worth a wait in line. Breakfast is great home cooking. BBQ is best in town. Fun sitting in a old train car.

Off the path a bit, in a remodeled rail car (caboose?). Small and quaint, but unique. Good selection of sandwiches, the pulled pork was as good as you'll find.

You want some food made with love and soul well here it is! I am a local and I hit it up once a week. Try the Chicken Fried Steak for breakfast or the Smoked Chicken Burrito for lunch. Those are my go to's, but in reality you can't go wrong on the menu from top to bottom.

Really good food every time I have eaten here, the coffee is not though. It is a really small seating area but in the summer there is outside seating, overall good food.i would recommend this place.

We ate lunch here on a Friday. It has an unusal look in that it is an old railcar., Our waitress was very friendly and we got a booth inside. There was not a great selection on the lunch menu and the food itself was just ok - nothing special. We saw a line of people ouside this place the... More
