First off, no half stars, but Copper Skillet Courtyard is actually a 4.5 star restaurant. We don't live in Martinez but we really enjoy the downtown area so we find the location to be most enjoyable. Parking pretty darn easy. The decor is very homey, lots of wood all around. We went early on a Saturday so the place was... More

We were directed to this off the main beat of traffic and discovered a delightful comfort food American cafe on Ferry St with great menu choices along with large portions, and low prices, and tasty food and. So, for 3 days straight, we returned for a different entree to enjoy. The charm of both the niece of the owner and... More

Wasn't planned just decided to meet and eat. Not a fancy place but pretty good food. During the week lot of legal professionals because it is downtown Martinez.

This place is always busy and delivers good portions and quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. This visit I had the French toast special with eggs and bacon. The French toast was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside just the way I like it.

Love the Copper Skillet for an old-fashioned bacon-and-eggs type breakfast. Convenient downtown Martinez location, pleasant waitstaff, good food. What more do you want?

This place serves great breakfast and has a large selection of lunch specials available. The prices on the menu are overall reasonable. The wait staff is very polite and do not constantly come over and interrupt you while you eat. There is an area called the Jury box were there are a few sets where large parties can sit (5-6... This Restaurant is really great. Their food is cooked and served with perfection in mind. The atmosphere is quaint, but spacious enough to be quite comfortable. The wood paneling in the interior warms the aesthetics with a tint of charm and unity. Jayme, Mary Lou, and Autumn are hare at work to ensure their customers are served with a smile,... More

The person at the other end of the telephone said that the Copper Skillet Courtyard does not accept reservations on the weekend, so I figured that it was a safe bet to just show up and there would be no problem for all seven of us to get seated right away. Well, it was a surprise to see a line... More

We have not been here in over a year and previously had very nice meals, so decided we would stop for brunch Sunday, before heading to Concord...big mistake!! My wife and I both ordered the eggs benedict because they were so good before. When the order came it looked nothing like the previous meals. Instead of freshly made hash browns... More
