Went there because of great reviews and was absolutely true - Ate there 4 times out of 5 nights of eating out (the 5 the somewhere else because they were closed) Super nice atmosphere - tasty dishes, great value - fun waitresses - you should try it ! You can't make a reservation but it is fun to have a... More

On a side street, 30 meters from Dorfstrasse, you will find Alt Paznaun Café which is in the cellar of one of the oldest houses in Ischgl. Look at the left when you come down the stairs to the cellar and through a window you see the cows waiting for summer. The staff is dressed in "leather-hose" and the atmosphere... More

We have been there many times during last years, and i changed menu every time: Wienerschnitzel, Filet with mushrooms sauce, Boiled meat. everything is really good food with a fair price (Wienerschnitzel from pork = 14 EUR, from Veal = 18 EUR) . Also the wine list has some good bottles, and desserts are tasty...we tried many. Staff is friendly... More

Generally, the waiters in Ischgl were not as warm and friendly as anywhere else, but the staff in this took it to a whole new level of rude! Having entered no one was around to seat our group of 8, so after a while I asked a waitress politely if the table she was setting was free. She said "I... More

Stayed here for a week this winter 2015. Its in a great position in the town for skiing, a few minutes walk to the moving walkway that takes you directly to the chair lift. Accommodation was very good, food excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

I enjoyed the authenticity of this particular restaurant. Quite a cosy traditional atmosphere with the usual expansive wood panelling and heavy timber furniture that most traditional Austrian restaurants seem to prefer. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful and happy to join in a bit of banter. Menu was extensive and with a wide choice so I would guess that... More

For a quick efficient meal of typical Austrian food , this is good value and fast service. A place to visit if you are tired after a full day skiing and wanting to have a quick meal, without having to make prior reservations . We had the Vienna Schnitzel which was very large and Spagetti Bolognaise all made as expected.... More
