Ordered a sandwich and a blizzard and some pretzel sticks. Food came up but blizzard didnt appear until 10 minutes later. It had a big glob of strawberry syrup in the middle that was gross. Dining room felt like it needed a good scrub down. Go as a last resort, there is a reason its rated low on TripAdvisor!

The staff was not freindly or helpful. This was not anything like most Dairy Queens. It was not very appealing to even sit in there was no private sitting area.

We visited Dairy Queen when we were in a bit of a time crunch and found it to be a good choice. Food was good and service was timely.

I normally would not review a DQ, but did want to acknowledge that I was impressed with the manager keeping staff moving when equipment was being finicky. We were driving through late at night on the Friday of Labor Day weekend and not much was open in Custer when we found the DQ. Even though the equipment was acting up,... More

Open late, which was great for our family after a long drive to custer. They had a huge selection of fast food items and tons of desserts! The owner was so friendly with lots of suggestions(we dont have a dairy queen where we live) so I didn't know what to order. We ended up with a big meal and blizzards... More

The kids wanted ice cream. So, we went to Dairy Queen... our wait was about 40 minutes to get our ice cream. There was no rhyme or reason as to the order of making the orders. When our Blizzards arrived, they were delivered by a woman who had ice cream literally dripping from the side of her mouth. VERY unprofessional.

We stopped in after a great chilly ride through the park...the blizzard was made perfectly. M&M Blizzard with added strawberries & my husband had the chicken sandwich..DELICIOUS! The employees made the stop enjoyable. Thank you!
