My companion and I stopped at Rotolo's on a lark and were glad we did. The restaurant was not much to look at, and we were the only ones there but we stuck it out because we were, well, hungry. We the wait staff was very pleasant and the pizza was one of the best I have ever had. The... More

We ate here during a stay in pearl river la. Very clean and organized. I had the angry pig calzone. It was fantastic. This place is worth visiting. When I'm back in the area I will definitely stop here again.

Started with the sleep the floor cheesebread. They are loaded breadsticks with feta, bacon, and a few other cheeses. Even though they sound incredible, the bread was not as doughy as I like it. The pizza more than made up for it. We had a large traditional meatball and Joe Horn BBQ Chicken. The meatball was surprisingly good. The crust... More

Had the meatball sub and it was made just the way I like them...lots of cheese and slightly burned. The sauce was perfect and the prices was very reasonable.

We ordered a bunch of pizza and pasta dishes for our company meeting in Metairie. The cheese pizza was very good with the dipping sauces.

They really do have good Italian here, but they almost always get my order wrong. Other then that, I would recommend this place for their food, not their service.

I order the Shrimp pesto pasta and normally, it tastes good, but at other times, it just tastes completely different. I'm really picky with my pasta so if they would just be consistent, they would be a pretty decent place to eat for lunch, but I'm just weary about going back there due to this issue. As for their starters,... More

The staff was awesome. I walked in with 14 people for dinner in the middle of a youth convention which brought 34,000 to town. The place was packed. The staff kept up and kept everyone happy. It was awesome. This was my second time here. The last trip 3 years ago convinced us to go again on this trip. Food... More

Just one thing, the address here is wrong. Correct address is 339 chartres St. We had no problems there, service was great and the pizza was amazing! Will definitely go back next time Im in town.

Family trip . . . They were in the mood for pizza, I know, it's New Orleans, but it was very good. There was no wait, the service was first rate and everyone enjoyed their pizza.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
