I LOVE BEIGNETS!!! They are fluffy little pillows of yumtasticness!!! A donut does not come close to a beignet. The customer service was fantastic and the line moves super fast. I should have purchased two orders. I will be going back a few more times...More

I came here to get my Beignets as it was my first time in NOLA. They were great as advertised. BUT-the coffee was fantastic! I love my coffee but fall a bit short of a connoisseur. However, this coffee is fantastic! And-the gentleman who waited...More

I've never had a Beignet and Cafe Du Monde came highly recommended. The place was packed, we couldn't find a table to sit at so we did the take out and sat at a park bench in Jefferson Square. It was worth the wait.

Fried dough whats not to like and we loved these things For me I didn't think these begniets were any better than the other places we tried in the quarter but most people feel differently and the lines are very long at the original place...More

Ok, so this place is in the lower level of the outlet mall - However, there are glass doors that open on to the river walk - so you can be outside looking at steam boats and the Mississippi. The lines here are way shorter...More

This place always has a line outside but t moves quickly and it’s well worth it. They only offer hot drinks and beignets (like a donut!) so line moves pretty quick. Friendly staff, clean place and very, very tasty food! A must when in New...More

A smaller version on the river. Got there early to avoid the lines (which I heard can be amazingly long). Enjoyed a nice frozen coffee outside on the river. You can purchase beignet mix, coffee and mugs to take home and remember your visit.

It's not quite the same as the FQ. They were more than 30 minutes late opening one morning, still very good coffee and classic NOLA beignets. Nice being able to look out the windows, see the MS River.

Lines are often long, just skip the wait, walk in and find an empty table. Be ready to place order when wait staff arrive. They take orders from several tables, and then bring orders for several tables out at once. Fresh and hot beignets everytime!...More

well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

Yes, there are other breakfast drinks available but the Cafe' au lait is so refreshing. I think it has to do with the chicory based coffee there. Definitely not too strong but if you are not coffee drinkers or are taking... More
