Not your typical IPA...and not in a good way. If you want crisp and hoppy this is not the IPA for you. Sat upstairs out on the balcony which was nice. Pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Seafood gumbo was OK. Service was rushed and not friendly. Ate quickly, didn't even finish the beer and moved on.

Open on a Monday evening, which was a good first move. Most places were closed this evening and we found out that this is common place on a Monday night. Nice German beer selection, and a decent menu to go with it. My colleague had the German sausages which were really tasty. I had the pasta jambalaya, which was pretty... More

We stopped in here on a recent family trip to New Orleans. It was one of the best decisions all vacation! The local beers are delicious and Crescent City offers sampling flights that are VERY generous! Members in our party tried several entrees, including the broiled shrimp platter and the ribs. Everything was amazing, including the service and decor (beautiful... More

Hit this place in the mid afternoon and balcony tables are available. We enjoyed the seafood while my son had a great chicken dish. Food was good at OK prices.

Here for an early dinner it's my adult daughter and was seated very quickly. It wasn't really busy so we were looking forward to having a leisurely dinner before we moved on to walking around the French Quarter. That changed when our waitress came to the table and seemed upset that we were not ordering a bunch of drinks or... More

Wanted to try some local beers and stopped in based on a search of area. Sat in the bar and the waitress was so-so, not very knowledgeable on the menu. Ordered a 4 sampler and was not very found of any the their beers, they were average. Across the street is a better place for local beers with a wider... More

My brother and I stopped in for a beer after we had went to Jackson Brewery, they haven't made beer since 1972! We strolled down the road and found this one!!🤗We were greeted by the hostess and were directed to the bar tables since the bar was full, we only wanted a cold beer! Our male server was not very... We went there on St. Patrick's Day, and it was the only place we could get a table for 8 during lunch. In a city full of unique and authentic restaurants, it seemed a little corporate at first. But, the food was excellent, the beers were great, and the service was superior.

We had a coupon from a Louisiana magazine for this restaurant. We are so glad it brought us in! We had a great time chatting with our waiter, Forrest and about his life here in New Orleans. He was attentive and friendly. The food was wonderful and the location was perfect for wandering around. We will be back on our... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
