I wasn't impressed with the chicken I ordered. It was rather dry. However, the sides were really good. The potato salad was delicious and unique. The workers were friendly as well. Also, the prices weren't too bad for the area.

On the St. Charles Streetcar line this is a place for great barbecue, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, smoked sausage. Great flavor in all of the meats. Good prices and sizable portions.More

Very good food in a casual, friendly atmosphere. We went for a late lunch and were the only customers at 2pm on a Monday.

This refers to the Kenner location. We arrived for dinner after this restaurant being highly recommended. As we walked in the door we were told by the waitress they were out of at least 10 items. We were starved and decided to stay anyway. Glad...More

We were just looking for something near our hotel and barbecue sounded like a good idea. We had pulled pork, smoked chicken, jambalaya, gumbo, corn bread. The meats were amazing, so good no need to even add the sauce. We later had the brownie because...More

Gotta try the corn pudding and beans. In house specialties done right with other options on the menu that are traditional Louisiana favorites. Gumbo for an app was pretty decent and the pulled pork/ chicken combo plate was very tender and juicy. Their BBQ sauces...More

Visited on our second night in NOLA. Their brisket was absolutely divine! The BBQ sauce assortment offered was not even necessary. My choice was the Mango BBQ...for my fries. I recommend this establishment for singles, couples, groups, and families.

I only saw the one room in the front for eating. There's a hallway on the side that I believe leads to the restrooms. I don't know if there's a room in the back or not.

Description
Located right off the St. Charles streetcar line in the beautiful historic Garden District is the flagship location of VooDoo BBQ & Grill.

Life’s too short for lousy BBQ. That’s why we craft New Orleans BBQ dishes that feed your soul. Like a Pulled Pork Sandwich worthy of your mom, and meat platters that have been known to elicit epiphanies. That’s what happens when you dry rub meat with Caribbean, Cajun, and Creole spices, then slow smoke it with oak and pecan.
