Have been to this restaurant many times during various trips to New Orleans. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food is consistently fabulous. Every dish I have had has been superb. Lovely interior and ambience.

We like going here when in the Big Easy. Food, service, atmosphere is great. The prices aren't bad either. Very nice menu. Some of the biggest fresh oysters around.

My family is used to going to the more upscale restaurants in New Orleans - not fancy - just a little more unusual. The food here is good but pretty pedestrian. Nothing too spectacular. I have eaten better meals in New Orleans, but it wasn't...More

Outrageously expensive and a far cry from what it used to be even a decade ago. We won't being going again.

I came here in April of 2014 on a recommendation from a friend. Yes there are nicer and more "authentic" places to eat but I really enjoyed this place. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. I ordered one of the seafood combo plates...More

Everything fried and not even close to the original quality first experienced in baton Rouge 50 years ago. This is a tourist restaurant, but if you like fried seafood it isn't bad. bar is the best part of restaurant and location very convenient.

A group of us had dinner at Ralph and Kacoo's December 7, 2014. EVERYONE of us raved about the dinner. I had the blackened shrimp and my husband had the blackened catfish. It was delicious, and full of flavor. IT was not too spicy but...More

We just ate at Ralph & Kacoo's unaware that they are going out of business in a week. At some point, this might have been a good restaurant but now all that I can tell you is that the food is terrible and the service...More
