There was a bit of a line so we had to wait for about 45 minutes. They were nice and pulled out a chair for my Mom to sit at the front door in the shade. Very thoughtful. It is small and cramped and smells...More

On the first night we arrive in NOLA, we decided to hit a classic seafood place. The closest mid-range place was Acme. The line was not bad for a Thursday night. The two of us waited may be 15 min. We had the Char Grilled...More

Loved loved the char broiled oysters!!! Would have enjoyed some extra toppings for the raw oysters, other than lemon & hot sauce, but still very good. Service was hopping fast & friendly, from the hostess to the wait staff. Thank you for a "fun" experience.

Love this place, first stop when arriving in town. On this trip had raw oysters, chicken/sausage gumbo and crawfish po'boy - all excellent. Service was good considering the crowd and our group of 6 left happy.

If you don't like oysters, you have to try Acme Oyster and their Chargrilled Oysters. Wife would never eat them but loves them cooked this way.

This is our favorite place for grilled oysters served with bread for dipping in juices from oyster, butter and parm cheese. The Abita beer is a treat. It is a fast paced restaurant and always busy. To get seated quickly we found going before noon...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

I don't think they take reservations. You would have to call and ask. Sorry.
