Service was slow and then hurried. $6 for an order of fries with food was steep. Food was not delivered as ordered the first time. The pizza looked good. The burger was OK -- not bad, not good.

We stopped in for a late dinner, after a long day. Turtle Bay is known for its' pizza and ribeye steak - so that's what we had. We ordered a large pizza (& they accommodated our request for different toppings on each half) which was...More

Good place for beer. We had their steak special it was horrible. The steak had almost as much fat as meat. The potatoes were a joke. The female bartender was very inattentive.

We have been there couple of times during our visit in New Orleans, mostly for drinks and people watching. Met so many nice people there. Staff super friendly. Eating is cheap, not upscale but very good

This was the most terrible experience we have ever had, when my sis asked about something on the menu the server said it's right there on the menu instead of answering her question and she couldn't see the menu because she is legally blind! RUDE...More

If you're hot, tired, and thirsty from traipsing around the Quarter or enjoying Frenchman, stop in Turtle Bay and relax. Plenty of draft beer options along with other cold and reasonably priced drinks. People watch for awhile and enjoy the music. Wander out back for...More

Definitely come hungry as the marinated grilled chicken sandwich with the potato will fill you up. The chicken is so tender, not dry or stringy.

Turtle Bay has the best steak i have ever had in my life and it's cheap!! you get a 10oz, potato and french bread for $10.00. You know it is a great steak when you don't need any steak sauce. Don't miss out on Turtle...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living

I truly don't know about AAA discount. If you have 2 drinks with your meal, plan on spending about $15 per person for middle of the menu items. I remember this as a sports bar with mostly burgers and appetizers but someone... More
