We tried this place for dinner ( I tried lunch but did not realize they would not be open earlier) and we had a great surprise. It’s a “young “ atmosphere, with great music and the food is delicious! They also have a list of...More

Food not convincing. Seems to be a trendy hang out with a higher noise level. Well, it's a "Rockn' Sake Bar. Sushi selection is very limited; hand rolls only.

Four of us went to dinner. I was surprised because we were seated immediately. Usually, there is a wait. I guess we had good timing! Be prepared, it's really loud in this restaurant. It's part of it's vibe. Hence the name, Rock N Sake. The...More

This place has the absolutely best sushi! It's on the NOLA 'must go' list for us, as I've yet to find a better volcano roll. The Voodoo Queen roll is amazing, as well! A little pricey, but the rolls are large. Atmosphere is nice, and...More

Purists may frown, but Cucumber Outside (you will marvel at their technique behind this no-rice creation), Upside Down, Triple S and Warehouse sushis were delights - visual and epicurean. You can check their website and salivate at the descriptions. Each was unique, a different combination...More
