Such a cute little restaurant and absolutely amazing food!!! We made reservations during one of the Lundi Gras parades since it is on the parade route and even though the view was blocked from parade stands we were still able to enjoy it! The food...More

A group of colleagues was in New Orleans for a critical business meeting. After preparing for the meeting to be held the next day we went to Herbsaint. It was a fairly random choice, but fortuitous. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly. Because we...More

Pros: great food. Excellent service. Good location. Con: none. Highly recommend. Everything from our cocktails to our deserts were great. Service was fantastic. Fried oysters, lamb lasagna, banana brown butter tart. Outstanding.

Food is very well prepared and presented beautifully. Our experience was awesome and this was without a reservation. The seafood was perfect and pasta was al debate. Prices are fair and although small it seems roomy to me

Excellent service. The food combines Italian, Caribbean, and some Cajun. Duck breast and dirty rice entree and Sicilian beef appetizer and Goat with curried cauliflower and black beans were excellent.

With so many new restaurants, and so many hyped up ones - we have been disappointed more times than not. Sorry Peche, wasn’t a fan. So I was skeptical about Herbsaint. It was amazing. The food, so fresh, so well seasoned. The service was attentive,...More

We ate at Herbsaint having stumbled across it by chance. I'm so glad we did. It's a 10 minute walk away from the craziness of Bourbon and the tourist traps on Canal and well worth the walk. Full of locals, the food was fantastic -...More

EVERYTHING was delicious! My daughter order a finger licking homemade pasta with a fried egg that I tried to steal...so good. The gumbo is the best I've ever tried...order a bunch of small dishes because we couldn't get enough!

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
