This place was a short stroll from my hotel in the French quarter. I stopped in during happy hour (3pm-6pm) and ordered from their $5 snack menu. I had the housemade andouille sausage, pork cracklin nachos, and New Orleans hot frog legs. I found the...More

This is a really cool 3 story restaurant in the French Quarter. Easy to walk to. Recommend a reservations. The atmosphere is festive and the food was awesome just like all of Emeril's restaurants. The shrimp and grits was excellent. Not to rich.

I was excited to visit this restaurant of Emeril LaGasse’s(probably spelled that wrong) while in New Orleans. The food I would rate four stars, but the service was horrible. All reviews said it was an upscale business casual experience, so we dressed up. We were...More

Had read about this place so gave it a try! Not disappointed at all, nice presentation of food. We sat at the bar, good wine list but not over the top. Bartender has been there for 17 years, which is always a good sign! Restaurant...More

Came here for dinner after reading a number of very positive reviews, and Nola didn't disappoint. The menue is loaded with interesting dishes and the ambience of the place is quite casual but not so much so that it can't work for most occassions. I...More

Didn’t care for the changes. The food was average and served cold. I always liked their duck dish which was prepared from a family recipe and on the menu since inception but for whatever reason I was told they changed the recipe. The acoustics need...More

Had a wonder meal here many years ago (15-20) and thought that we should check it out again. It has changed in that it seems less fancy and the menu is shorter with less complex dishes. More local now. Ambience and service was nice. BBQ...More

Our last meal in New Orleans so we popped into Nola, as it was near our hotel. It was absolutely amazing!!! The Artichoke was on point! Hubs and the whole wheat spaghetti with crawfish and I had the Italian sausage pasta! They were both amazing!...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty

of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs

around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

NOLA is chef/restaurateur Emeril Lagasse’s casual eatery in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter. Open since 1992, the critically-acclaimed restaurant fuses traditional Creole, Acadian and Southern cuisine with global influences. Chef de Cuisine Philip Buccieri works closely with Chef Emeril to create an innovative menu showcasing rustic Louisiana cooking with local ingredients and some ethnic twists. The three-story restaurant features an open-action kitchen, chef’s food bar and a signature wood-fired brick oven. NOLA was renovated in 2017 and is now open daily at 11:30 am serving one menu for lunch and dinner.
