So, I was surprised when visiting this restaurant and not in the good way. The food was just okay. It wasn't bad by any means but we went to hole in the wall places that blew this place out of the water and paid about...More

We ate here with a large business group and the selection of food was amazing! The best grits I think I've ever had! The staff was great and friendly and overall it was a great experience!

Returned to dine at NOLA this year. Last visit was back in 2015. Originally not very enthused by the new decor. To me, it has lost much of its charm and local feel with the redesign. Luckily the food has remained top notch and delicious....More

We had high expectations for this place and it was on our hit list coming from California. Service was friendly but spotty — took a long time to get our food. Buttermilk fried chicken was just OK. A little soggy; not like my Southern grandma...More

Although I have no complaint about the food the experience was horrible. The table we were sat at, with a reservation, was in front of the restrooms and the service area. My wife’s chair was constantly being knocked in to and the steady stream of...More

Its no surprise, of course, that Nola has great food, but I was a little surprised at how well the menu incorporated traditional local food with a modern flair and did so without seeming like it was trying too hard as so many restaurants do!...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs

well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

NOLA is chef/restaurateur Emeril Lagasse’s casual eatery in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter. Open since 1992, the critically-acclaimed restaurant fuses traditional Creole, Acadian and Southern cuisine with global influences. Chef de Cuisine Philip Buccieri works closely with Chef Emeril to create an innovative menu showcasing rustic Louisiana cooking with local ingredients and some ethnic twists. The three-story restaurant features an open-action kitchen, chef’s food bar and a signature wood-fired brick oven. NOLA was renovated in 2017 and is now open daily at 11:30 am serving one menu for lunch and dinner.
