Lovely, fresh food! Attentive service and the place could just slip into any street in Paris and fit right in!

Seafood crepes loaded with shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams...sauce was creamy and dreamy... my friend had the seafood crepe too. Will definitely go back the next time I... More

Happy to find a place that has crepes suzette on the menu in New Orleans. The restaurant had a very nice ambiance, The food on the plates of the tables looked delicious. This is French restaurant that will give you the feel of being In Paris. We ordered two different crepes, the classic crepes suzette, and a crepes marrons. The... More

What a tremendous place. The restaurant is small and it feels authentic! The menu was not limitless which I love. Steak, seafood, desserts were outstanding! The server was not very friendly but she didn't have to be. She did her job perfectly and that is really all that is important. I would go back without hesitation!

My coworker decided to pick this place for dinner as she is a local and I'm an out of towner. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Enjoyed it a lot and will be back.

This exceptional place looks like Pthe gods beamed it here from Paris. A lovely sophisticated French bistro, as charming on he inside as it is pure Parisian on the exterior. No better food may be had in the city, and the prices are very reasonable! French wine, dessert crepes, pommes frites, escargot-- all the best you'll find in America, and an... More

I love to eat here with my wife whenever I can. It's one of the most romantic little places you'll find, while also being filled with tables of old friends and families. Truly a great neighborhood spot. This time we started with the charcuterie and shared a crab and avocado salad. Both were wonderful. I really enjoyed the tasting of... More

My family and I had a day stop in New Orleans. We were having dinner on magazine street at La Petite Grocery which is a must do for dinner and our son wanted to treat us for dessert. He looked up things in the area and this is where he decided. It was about a mile walk which is and... More

The mussels here are awesome, as are the starter salads with house made salad dressing. One of my favorite places for a date night.

We were a group of 4, no reservation but we were early around 6pm and got seated immediately. Very good service and the did was delicious. I had the braised beef crepe, it was like an excellent pot roast. We all have eaten there previously and will definitely return.

Staying in Uptown / Carrollton

Neighbourhood Profile
Uptown / Carrollton
Very much their own self sufficient unit within the greater metro area, Uptown and Carrollton tone down the urban edge with a friendly attitude and collegiate feel. Home to Tulane and Loyola Universities, all the students living in the area ensure that Uptown and Carrollton stay youthful, cosmopolitan and vibrantly fun. Two of the liveliest thoroughfares for nightlife and socializing (and yes of course more of the city’s outstandingly good food and live music) are Oak Street and Maple Street. For a truly wild time, the expansive acreage of Audubon Park, with its zoo, golf course, and actual patches of swampy wetlands, means peace and quiet are never too far away.
