We decided to try this place since it was right on St. Charles Avenue, just a few blocks from our hotel. I had seen the good reviews on Trip Advisor and thought everyone would find something they liked on the menu. The kids loved the...More

Stopped by after our French Quarter ghost tour. Great Service. My family had hamburgers which were awesome. I had the BBQ Shrimp Po-Boy which was equally so.

Located centrally on Decatur Street this eatery is famous for their thin sliced fried catfish (pictured below). The crab dip and gumbo here are amazing. The Po Boys were delish, we had Roast Beef and Shrimp with Roast Beef. The portions here are large. The...More

Stopped in for a light lunch. Food was good, atmosphere was great! Ordered crawfish queso and it was really good. Definitely a good go to place on St. Charles Ave.

Went here for lunch on the last day (Sunday) of a four day trip. I had the Hickory BBQ Burger and it was excellent! Fries were good, too.

It has been about three years since I ate at one of their locations around the metro New Orleans area, mainly due to my memory of how nasty their fish tasted the last time. A former co-worker was retiring and chose this location on St....More

Found this place totally by accident as we were strolling along St. Charles Avenue. It's an interesting place that serves good, down-to-earth Louisiana food at unbeatable prices. The grilled fish sandwich was delicious!

The bar is open daily, and I suppose there is a Happy Hour.
I am looking for a place to have a team dinner that is near private as we will be toasting/and announcing awards. The review of this restaurant is there is a private room. Is that true?

Sorry! Hope my answer is not too late. The one on Veterans Memorial does have a room off to the side, not upstairs. I believe it would have fit at least 20.
IS there a private or semi-private room for a party of 20? I'm looking for such a place on Thurs 6/25. Please advise... Elsa

There's not an enclosed room, however, there is one area of the restaurant separated from the rest with a half wall that would seat approximately 20.
