We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and thought it was the place for us. After eating there I could not recommend this place for anything other sustenance. Our jambalaya was thick, mostly rice and not tasty. The gumbo had better flavor but no seafood. The...More

We were seated very quickly and our server was very good! We ordered charbroiled oysters for an appetizer and they were good. However, our main course, not so much. We ordered boiled crawfish and crab legs. They were both over cooked. The crab legs were...More

Thank you for your review amandakaye1, our apologies for over cooking the boiled seafood. I hope the manager came over and visited after you told your server of your displeasure. We always want to try and make it right when it goes wrong.

We received some very good service at most of the restaurants we dined at during our stay in New Orleans. Our waiter, Will, wasn't very knowledgeable of the menu, but he was honest in saying so. He called over a manager to answer our questions...More

Had a good time here for lunch. Was recommended by another server at another restaurant on Canal St. Food was very good and a lot of it. Had the Shrimp Po'boy. Very good. Wife tried the crawfish but was not thrilled about it. A little...More

Right I’m ready to pop. Wanted to find somewhere to try crawfish for the first time and this place didn’t disappoint. We had the crawfish in lettuce wraps for starters (spicy if you’re unaware), I then had the broiled crawfish and the wife had the...More

This restaurant discriminates in a way that most NOLA eateries do not. We were obviously ignored in favor of the African American tables in the most ridiculous way. The food wasn't great either. Avoid this place.

Food was good and the service was too. We were there visiting and wanted some food with local flavor and weren't disappointed. It was nice that in the restaurant we were away from the noises of Burbon St.

Stopped into Pier 424 while walking down Bourbon and was dying for some Crawfish. Very excited to see they had it on the menu and that the restaurant looked clean and had such a cute theme (sat at the bar, but the “porches” were adorable)....More

Hello Chellebelle46, I love crawfish too. We should put rocking chairs on the porch. Hahaha

We went here for authentic Cajun/Creole food and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and the service was just as good. There are many, many choices on Bourbon Street and we were not disappointed with ours.

I had the grilled oyster appetizer which was very good. The shrimp and grits was delicious with just the right amount of heat/spiciness. Wife had crab cake appetizer which was delicious as well.

A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
