Service was good. Husband ordered the lasagna which was very good. The chef's cheese plate was awesome. The restaurant was beautifully located next to the Roosevelt which made it more exciting. However, some of the group did not enjoy what we ordered.

The roasted cauliflower is a must! Shared as an appetizer and it was great! Portions are huge. The lasagna is amazing and wood fired pizzas are very good. Reservations are a good idea if visiting on a weekend.

This is my favourite spot for pizza in Nola. The pizza crust it the best. It's impossible to just order one pizza. Very tasty. And the desserts are good also. The banana cake and the pound cake desserts were great.

Our meal was on July 9th. Our server was W*******. There are two reservation lists, one for online reservations (limited seating) and then one at the restaurant. This isn't unusual in today's business, just an observation. The service was lackadaisical across varied waiters/waitresses at all...More

In a town where there is so much good Cajun/creole who'd a thought there would be such great Italian food (ok, probably a lot of people...) I had the Lasagna Bolognese, which was a portion almost big enough for two, but I wasn't too excited...More

Couldn't wait to share Domenica with my business colleagues (12 of them) and they were not disappointed. Our large group was accommodated with the large center table and a table for three right next to it. Our waiter Matt was calm and collected. Pizzas were...More

We didn't have the booking, but gave our details and headed to the lovely bar in the same hotel. We ordered the food and the starters they've brought us were very promising (probably the best part of our meal). When I asked about the beers,...More

This restaurant has always been one of my stops when in New Orleans. This last time I was not pleased. I believe the menu and recipes have changed. I always get the salad and it was different and had quail eggs this time and was...More

Good Italian food in a great, urban atmosphere. We had dinner there twice during our 10 days stay and the restaurant was really busy both nights. Food is excellent and the service is good. I highly recommend this restaurant, and while you wait for your...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Domenica is a contemporary and inviting Italian restaurant that creates regional Italian dishes with southern and middle eastern influences. The cuisine combines Chef Alon Shaya's Israeli heritage and love of local ingredients with a menu that reflects his time spent cooking and living in the small towns of northern Italy.
