It might not look fancy but the food is really delicious and fresh. I had one of the best lobsters I've ever had here. We celebrated a birthday by eating here and the staff actually treated us with a small cake with a candle in...More

A little more complete menu than the Poppy's time out, however, not so noisy and not so crowded, larger with more tables both inside and out. Opted for inside air conditioned due to high outside temps and humidity. I tried the BBQ Shrimp Po Boy...More

Music too loud, it was good, just too loud. Barbecue shrimp, tried for first time, Really bad! Had a Hurricane drink, must have been made from cheapest mix around Louisiana. it was horrible!

Me and my husband decided to go to the Crazy Lobster because one of our wedding guest posted a wonderful picture of their boiled seafood bucket on Facebook. We didn't get it because it is too expensive for just one person. I got the Crawfish...More

Our server was wonderful. Great family atmosphere and food both were amazing! Loved the music played by band. We were a party of eleven and everyone’s food was great not one complaint. When in NO we will visit again.

Hi Stephanie – thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent visit. We're disappointed to hear that your server was inattentive -- usually, our staff is willing and eager to answer questions, and to assist with any other issues that...More

Since its close to the hotel, the mall and the river walk, would think that this is tourist trap. There's out door seating, with the threat of rain we opt for in door seating. There is also a live band. Char- Grilled Oysters was very...More

The location really does make you think tourist, but the food is great and the lines outside give you a hint that this is better than you might expect. Service is great and the food a lovely surprise. I had firecracker shrimp, an app, but...More

We went in late July and there was no inside seating available when we arrived. So needless to say, it was a hot meal. Other than that, it was a good experience. Our server, I believe her name was Raven, was wonderful. She was very...More

I think our issue started with our reservation. The restaurant closes at 10 but allows reservations until 9:30. Our server was cool that wasn't an issue, the problem was three out of four dishes were cold. Legit cold I don't think they even tried to...More

Hi Victor, thank you so much for bringing this incident to our attention. We are deeply saddened to hear about this frustrating experience, and there is no excuse for the type of meal you received. We aim to provide top-notch customer service to each of...More

away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
