I'm not sure why this is such a hard thing to find, but it seems like we always order burgers that get overcooked. Not here. I got medium my fiancé got med-rare and they were done right. YAY. The sweet potato waffle fries were awesome too.
As a frequent guest of the Sheraton, I've had several opportunities to eat at the Heartland Grill. The food is average and over priced. Every visit I feel as if they are short staffed. The service suffers.
Service in this restaurant is great! The food is your standard Hotel food no matter how pretty they make the menu or the ambiance. Drinks are tasty and the bartenders are also outstanding but again if you're really hungry and want a great meal you'll have to leave the hotel considering the pricing.
From check in to the grill and my room, everything was a expected. Jo, Allison to the front desk, I was treate as a very valued guest. Zoe in the "lounge" did her best to welcome me and others on the 7th floor. As I have stated before, this is one great property!
I was feel lazy (I was staying next door) so I wandered over to this place. Was happy to find a few vegetarian options. I got the grilled cheese, which was really good.
