Wah Kee is located in a small rundown shopping area at the section of Williamson and Route 51 and is not far from the Monona Terrace. I found the food is OK with decent price. The place looks just like any other small Chinese restaurant. If you feel like having non-pretentious Chinese noodles and service, this place is be OK.

The place to get real Hong Kong noodle dishes! Tastes are always consistent, prices are good, definitely the place to be if noodles are what you're looking for. Try the homemade chili sauce, to die for! Not sure about other dishes, so far never tried any of them, but their menu is expansive.

I come to Wah Kee often. Just love the dishes. Portions are substantial and prices are fair. Highly recommended!

I friend and I tried Wah Kee for lunch recently. There are two rooms with many tables. We had to step into the second room to find the waiter to seat us. They were not very crowded. The waiter was very friendly. They have an extensive menu. After perusing their menu, I decided to try one of their lunch specials:... More

Wah-Kee has some amazing dishes, some average dishes and some that I would not recommend. However, service here is always fantastic, and the consistency of their dishes rocks. Always go here in a pinch.

the staff is friendly, the noodle's taste is ok, up to standard, however the fried rice with Korean beef is rather salty, we also ordered some vegetable and dim sum, the food is ok in general, the price is reasonable. it's about $40 for 3 adults with one young kid for the dinner on Sunday night.

We felt like something different for lunch and in looking at TripAdvisor the name of this place caught our attention. The reviews looked good so we decided to give it a shot. Wah Kee Wonton Noodle Restaurant is a neat little place in what I call downtown Madison. It's a very simple place that boasts authentic Chinese food with a... More

I love WahKee. I've had better food but nothing beats these noodles. I usually order lo mein. I also like bun gha. And I adore the Szechuan pepper shrimp. Be warned, it comes with the heads on shrimp. If they aren't too busy they might cook it without. My friend doesn't always like it so I go with other friends... More

Yumyumyumyumyum! I have not been here in years & finally had the time to stop in and had a fantastic meal. I had #20! You really cannot go wrong with anything-just such a good place & is still fantastic after not eating there for years. You should go-great parking, fast & friendly service & leftovers for the next day!

This was my favorite restaurant growing up. Having never been to China, I can't say for certain that it's authentic chinese food, but it has won awards for its authenticity. Certainly it's not high on the grease like many chinese restaurants. The noodles are home-made, so I would recommend getting something with noodles, like the gyoza lo mein. They've also... More
