It's one of the few business try to survive during the pandemic. The restaurant is fully occupied on Monday night, but we still got table without reservation. We ordered creamy tomato soup with garlic bread. It's so flavorful and the real garlic topped on the bread is a local genius. The spicy tuna stuffed avocado with salad is the real deal. The fish balanced the creamy avocado and fresh salad. Grilled chicken breast and fried rice with herbs satisfy my son (7 y.o) and he keeps saying "enak". Prawn chilli butter is not really special but still OK to my liking. One downside factor is the location on the busy street and no curtain at all, at least to minimize dust coming from the speedy trucks and cars... It doesn't keep people from enjoying their meals though. I think the chef has a strong passion of cooking, the menu provides wide options, a mix from east and west with a hint of Balinese spices. The porsion is big, the waiters are attentive and the food price is reasonable, well except for the tea, the regular hot tea which costs me 15,000 per glass. The standard price for regular hot tea is 3,000 to 5,000 in Indonesia. A similar restaurant in Jakarta could charge 5,000 to 7,500 so I am a bit surpruse with their price. Nevertheless it's not a burden to enjoy your meals in Warung Setia, they still worth the visit.

Ubud, where I live, has a lively and exciting food scene. I came up to Permuteran for a few days at the sea, not really expecting to be knocked out by the food. Thanks to some of the reviews posted here we went to Warung Setia for lunch today and spent much of the afternoon sampling the extraordinary dishes, washed down with good German beer. Amazing value. Our bill came to IDR 400,000 for 3 of us including 4 or 5 bottles of beer and an equal number of bottles of water. Because of travel restrictions we were the only ones present. Setia (the name of the woman who owns the restaurant) is jolly and bright eyed and her 16 year old daughter served and spoke knowledgably about the various dishes.

During our stay in Pemuteran we had lunch at Warung Setia every day, because the food was so tasty and the waitresses were super super friendly. The salad was the first and only really good salad we've eaten in Bali, the wraps are surprisingly tasty and the Indonesian / balinese food we tried was very good and authentic. We will definitely come back!

This is one of the best warungs I’ve visited anywhere in Bali. I ate here on several occasions while staying in Pemuteran and everything I tried was excellent. Setia (the owner) and Nia (Setia’s daughter) were always very welcoming and friendly and their menu is extensive and reasonably priced. The location is right beside the main road and can be noisy, but that didn’t bother me as the food was so damn good!

While lockdown times, i didnt have many options for eating because most of restaurants and cafes were closed in pemuteran. Setia was one of the options in few places, and it was the best place. Setia is so kind lady and professional cook. Every herbs were from her garden and other ingredients also so fresh. My favorite dish were sashimi and ceviche and depends on fresh fish every time, she offered me tuna or mahi mahi. Other dishes were so tasty as well. And she always gave me lots of extra food like fruits and desserts. Thank you setia. :D

Out of 5 restaurants that we reached via WhatsApp, only Warung Setia replied and ready for delivery. Pemuteran isn't a culinary destination, so it's hard to get decent food that doesn't break the bank. Plus point is, during the pandemic, we really tried to avoid crowd and public places so we always opt for food delivery. Thank God Warung Setia offers this. The food is delicious and the portion is big! Must try their fried banana and sate lilit.

Only negative about this gem is it situated right alongside busy road but don’t let that put you off. Food is outstanding- right up there with the best you will find anywhere in Bali and it’s terrific value. Two superb appetisers two delicious mains, a beer, juice and large water for around Aud $20. Staff are great service is a little slow but it’s worth a 20min or so wait for the food that is produced from their kitchen. Been there for lunch and a dinner already and will be back as keen to try more of their menu.

I often stay in the Pemuteran area to do scuba diving. I tried several places to eat but Warung Setia is different, the food is authentic Balinese ... the presentation is a bit long because it's homemade and fresh, so enjoy the Bali-Pemuteran atmosphere with a plate of french fries and a glass of beer

The service and the food both were excellent! Our waitress, Emmy, was very helpful and did everything to make the dinner as enjoyable as possible. The portions were huge and tasty and not expensive at all. Next time in Bali we will surely come back to eat some more traditional Balinese food and say hi to the friends we made there.

We didn't find this place until our last day and what a shame. By far the best food in Pemuteran!! The Rice Paper Spring rolls are out of this world and the Curry was Delicious. Super friendly staff - Thanks Amy. The food was wonderful... wish I had many more meals here.

We ate mushroom sate and was good but with a bbq sauce not peanut sauce (nice sauce but we expected the traditional sauce). We also ordered spring rolls and they came only two and in the picture they were smaller but multiple, they where more like “egg rolles”. Good but don’t trust the pictures on the menu.

Located on the main road, Jl. Singaraja Gilimanuk, it is open to the street, so very exposed to passing traffic dust and noise. It is open seven days a week, 11am to 11pm. We went there twice, both times for lunch because we generally wanted somewhere quieter and more relaxing for dinner. They have a great selection of Indonesian and Asian style dishes, with a range of juices, shakes and cocktails. The food is all freshly made, which is why some dishes take longer to prepare than others but trust me it is worth the wait! Decent sized portions with great flavours at reasonable prices - what more could you ask for. If you are in Pemuteran this is one of the places you need to visit and enjoy the food.

Gave this place 5 stars in a review 5 years ago. On this visit, our food was excellent. My wife loved her salad nicoise with seared fresh tuna. My ikan pepes was delicious and a generous portion, with excellent veggie side, rice and sambal. Garlic bread was good (but took even longer than the rest of the food) Downsides: We had to wait a solid hour for our food. all the while experiencing, from our roadside table, the cacaphony of trucks, motorbikes, etc. on the main highway to/from Gilimanuk. The food was so good, I'm still giving 4 stars, but it's not an unmmitigated delight.

I had an amazing lunch here, food and service were world class and great value. I couldn’t recommend the fish and avocado salad higher (don’t let the brown colour fool you, it’s not a sate sauce) fresh and delicious. Thank you to all staff.
