The chefs are excellent (breakfast here is especially strong) but the dinner either needs to be one extra step up or a little cheaper to justify a five. You certainly won't be disappointed here.

In the east side of the island of God's, Sea Salt in Alila Manggis is the best of place to fill your hunger. Chef Santika's created the Balinese grilled Spare ribs and perhaps one the best ribs I have ever tasted! Also the sambal Mahta...More
We stayed at the hotel for a week and had dinner at Seasalt every night. There's a variety of Balinese, Asian and Western dishes on the menu, and everything is well-prepared and delicious--especially the Balinese specialties.
We ate most of our breakfast at the Seasalt restaurant. In all honesty, breakfast menu is quite varied and everything we tried was fresh, tasty and lovely presented. As for the other meals we had, we always enjoyed the food, although we felt the choice...More

The babi guling buffet is one of the best deals around. Value for money if you think of what this will cost in Singapore or even Bangkok. Great service. And pared with Balinese wines! Magnificent coconut groove and timeless architecture that never dates. Our third...More

This restaurant is on the grounds of Alilia Manggis... with good breakfasts and typical Balinese dinners. They also have a cooking school. Food, service and staff were fantastic!
The restaurant has a wide variety of food, but we only had the Indonesian fare. It was amazing. We didn't even bother going off property during our three days there it was so good.
