Excellent Service

We stayed at The Stones for 7 nights. Where do I begin… The breakfast was excellent each morning. A shout out to ‘Epi’ the Chef. Her food is exceptional. No request was too heat. Epi and the kitchen staff were happy to take requests. Ardika...for enduring my juice each morning included Tumeric, Dina - the coffee specialist😊 Nita: the hostess. I mentioned that I liked the Indonesian spiced eggs and Nita ensured it was ready and served in our table the next morning!! Ongki, Sari and so many of you i can’t remember all your names! The front desk accommodated our for a late check out as we had a late flight out. Even the cleaning g staff were so considerate especially the day we checked out - asking whether we needed anything for the room. The happy hour by the pool was great value. The hotel itself is very central, clean and the entertainment each night was great. Most importantly the staff are an asset to the hotel but it is reflective of the management!More

Paradise

We stayed at The Stones Hotel and had breakfast every morning here. We also spent alot of time by the pool bar and want to particularly mention Yoga, Wahyu, Cipta, Pande and Suar. They were amazing and looked after us so well, we have never...experienced service this good. They always remembered us, what our order was and spoke to us like we were old friends. I highly recommend staying at The Stones and dining at their venues. Lounging around their pool is the ultimate relaxation stay.More

Amazing happy and cozy

The Stone hotel is very impressive, the entire staff at The Stone is very friendly starting from the receptionist, other hotel staff, restaurant staff, all are very friendly, and we are very comfortable. high standard for morning dining

The hotel breakfast was truly exceptional, setting a high standard for morning dining. An abundance of attentive staff ensured a first-class experience. I savored the chocolate croissants, consistently warm thanks to heat lamps – a rare find in most hotels. Freshly squeezed or blended juice,...an array of fruits, and a diverse selection of options helped with the 6 day stay. The staff's unwavering friendliness and willingness to accommodate made every visit delightful. Don't hesitate; your breakfast expectations will undoubtedly be exceeded. Highly energetic staff who were always happy get anything we wanted. The best.

We had the amazing Ongky as our waiter. He was absolutely awesome. He got our favourite juices ready daily for us and the service from all the staff Yanti, Alita and our lovely young barista who mad our delicious Coffee Candy. Yummmmo. The food was...delicious on a daily basis and we can’t wait to get back to The Stones.More

BEST ICED TEA IN BALI

The Stones is amazing, you have to experience it at least once. I came here with my partner and everyone was so welcoming and polite. We had the breakfast buffet for $20 per person, it comes with a huge variety of choices (Indonesian, Indian, Australia...etc..) The service was incredible and our waitress (Tasya Yulia) was so sweet and got us refills of our favourite tea. We enjoyed our whole stay here and we’ll definitely be coming back!!More
