We were literally in Brisbane airport flying out to Bali & one of the airline workers suggested Mozzarella to us. When we arrived we found this one just down the road on L2 of the Mangani. They asked our names & referred to us by name all night, service was amazing. Really attentive. Ambience galore considering you’re above a busy street. Man’s steak was divine. My pad Thai was delish. 2 entrees, 2 mains, 2 cocktails & 2 large beers for around $70 NZ money. Bargain!! Can’t beat it!

Once again we were taken here by our guide Ketut he's amazing I've mentioned him in previous reviews he can be reached at tourbalinese@gmail.com. He speaks English and was well attuned to our needs. My wife and my three daughters wanted to tour some of the surf areas he took us to this town and we stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant in the middle of the day with excellent food excellent service a happy hour. Also apparently live entertainment in the evening that should not be missed. We were thoroughly impressed with the service and the food we ate heartily and then went down to the beach to watch the sunset truly an amazing experience.

We went for a lunch and a couple of dinners. Upstairs venue with a street view. Has a number of portable coolers that can be asked for. At dinner time a waitress is down on the street and will guide patrons up to the restaurant - very nice service. Both the waiting and counter staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are well cooked, then served hot. Vegetables just right, reasonable portions. I like the little torches staff give at night to read the menu. The mocktails are well made, having a good range (see pictures attached), they are refreshing drinks. Tables are very clean, enjoyed both dinners very much. Highly recommend this venue for dining.

We found as vegetarians, it was harder to find restaurants which provided a variety. We had 2 options to order from. The waiter had to eventually make a special request to the chef to accomodate us. It was a bit bland but nicely presented We enjoyed the desert and the live music provided. I might go back if I am in the area.

Very disappointed as a single traveller. Felt ignored by the staff, ordered a mixed seafood pasta - tasted like white sauce with 2 different sorts of fish and bland. Have always enjoyed Mozzarella not on this occasion.

6 of us went last night and could not have asked for a tastier meal. We had the chicken wings with blue cheese sauce and the bruschetta for a starter. There were moans all around the table as it was so deliscious. Then we all got different types of pastas and everyone was very happy with their meal. Good aircon. Good service. Cannot fault this place.

This restaurant is part of a small chain in Bali, but don’t let that fool you. They have the right recipe for success. Ambience, great service, lovely friendly staff, cocktails are superb and the food was wonderful. Two for one cocktail prices at dinner time too. The menu features Indonesian, Western, pasta dishes and Thai dishes. Hubby had the satay stick which he loved, I had a pasta dish which they amended to be vegetarian for me and my teenager had the Nasi, his third one that day, he gives it a 9! We have dined at a few different Mozzarellas during our various trips and they don’t disappoint.

Mozzarella on Padma we decided was where we would make a dinner reservation for our very close family friend Yani for her birthday. It was impressive to see the table was waiting for the family even though it was very very busy. Service as always was great. Food was good. Just the portion size of the lamb a bit disappointing and the trend to processed pork on ribs these days not that enjoyable. It was not terrible but prefer the old way. Just the same price was great and we left happy. Caution if have a car parking is a bit of a walk. Oh a nice surprise was an excellent floor show and Yanis birthday acknowledged. Mozzarella always makes an effort for sure.

Have been to several MozzarellA's in Bali and this one also did not disappoint. Food, Service and Value for Money far surpasses some of the wanna be restaurants in the area. Had the Fish, scrumptious and my wife had the prawns, extremely tasty. could not fault the service and price. Will always go back to MozzarellA

We had a family dinner at the Mozzarella Bar by the Sea and decided lets try Mozzarella at the Magani Hotel after a long exhausting day. Well wasn't worth it. The meals were no where as good as the Mozzarella Bar by the Sea. Staff were excellent and very attentive but the food was bland. The Seafood Soup was disgusting we sent it back as it had no flavour what so ever. The meat some of the guests had was quite tough. The dessert, the cream brûlée as its cream based had taken the taste of a terrible fish taste from the fridge and we sent them back. Wouldn't bother going or recommending this restaurant.

Then food and the atmosphere was great, with a beach view. I had the portabello mushroom pasta and it was beautiful, and washed it down with their cocktail special buy 1 get 1 free. Cocktails a little pricy for Bali at $13 per cocktail but good cocktails. My 87 year old mum had a fall there and they were great attending to her. Very friendly staff I will definitely go back.

This is the worst meal experience we have had anywhere for a very long time. Initially we were sat outside, fair enough we didn’t book in advance. When the weather started to come in we were moved an area next to the gym with dirty table cloths, no music and feeling like we were second class guests. We order Bruschetta for starter, it was the oddest version of Bruschetta I have ever seen and was more like a poor veggie pizza topping on top of a piece of bread. There want a tomato in sight! Our mains were the spare ribs, prawn and lamb steak. All were served cold and well below par. Immediately after finishing our main we decide to leave and asked to be taken to the till to pay. This was inside the main restaurant which had live music, and empty tables. Our bill for 3 starters, 3 mains, 2 cocktails and 2 soft drinks was $115 aud! I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the entire experience and will not go back here and would not recommend to anyone.

Disappointed ☹️ I ordered the mozzarella and tomato salad. I asked if it was buffalo mozzarella and was told yes. I also asked to add a side of grilled chicken breast. The cheese was not buffalo. It wasn’t hard but it was dry and grainy. The chicken they brought was three very thin, narrow, short slices of what looked more like lunch meat. Also very tasteless. (At least they only charged 20k IDR ~ 1.25 USD.) My husband got the seafood chowder. It was mostly broth with a few pieces of lobster in it. The lobster was tasty but the broth was rather bland for chowder. We were there for happy hour. The woman who sat us said all beverages (I specifically asked about wine) were included. Our server finally came and said only cocktails. We both ordered the mango mojito. It was in a short glass and mostly ice. We will not be back.

We stayed at the Magani and ate at the restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, portions are large but we were able to take the rest to the room. Beautiful setting the restaurant as it over looks the street. The salmon was so good as well as the pasta. Can not fault this restaurant. Staff are nothing but polite and the food is just Devine.

An early dinner at this lovely restaurant located across the beach in Legian was a real surprise. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Food was excellent - highly recommend the pumpkin ravioli with blue cheese sauce. Fresh juices were cold and delicious. Only downside was the very loud music playing in the pool nearby. Will definitely go to Mozzarella again.
