Honestly it’s not a bad spot. Plenty of selection on the menu etc my only issues were the price was a bit expensive for Bali, some of the food was a bit average and the place is loud.
If you want to watch horse/dog racing and footy then this is for you. Very westernised so if you want a burger bar type of place then get on it.
Duo Tacos 8/10
Bao buns 7/10
Caesar Salad 8/10 (massive serving)
Fried chicken pieces Original 3/10- to much coating and not enough chicken, pretty average.
Service 9/10.

Good place to drop in after shopping. Lots of seating but quite loud with all the sports on multiple TV's. Staff are very nice and happy to have a chat. Service good, good variety of food on the menu.
For Bali a little $$. Our group can recommend the Duo Taco, Chicken Boa buns and Ceaser Salad. Fried chicken NOT so good

Frankly, this restaurant is good.. overall. Located in the centre of busy Legian make it awesome. Because of a curiosity, I came around 3/4 times. At first their food is impressive and tasty. And, this is it.. I think on my second or third visit I found out that the food was not consistent. The taste, dressing. They even served me an over cooked food TWICE. I'm done. You are good but I think you need to improve their standard.

We enjoyed breakfast at the Goat on our final morning in Bali.
The smashed avo with poached eggs on sourdough really reminded us of home and was absolutely delicious.
Also visited for a drink and to listen to the band one night. It was a bit early in the night, so not very busy, but band was a lot of fun.
Shame about the smoking indoors :(

I check with staff earlier in the day that they where showing the NRL which they said yes , so i attended before the game and had lunch . which was quite good . then the game started and all i have to say is that you are there to watch the NRL best of luck to listen to the audio as i asked for it and they did put it on but after 10 minutes they turned it over to the AFL . So won't be going back .

Stopped at Goat Legian for a couple of beers whilst doing some shopping. Inside was a bit dark and stuffy, so I sat outside, which wasn't too bad. Drinks weren't the coldest I've had whilst in Bali, but they weren't hot either. I had some chicken wings with Ghost Sauce, they were nice enough & had plenty of sauce! Staff were friendly and reasonably attentive. I'd give it another crack.

Good atmosphere
Food I would say is just passabel as pub food in Australia.

Prices ok BUT the +++ makes a Bintang Nearly $5.

Food, huge portions and good.
Service, excellent and staff friendly.
Won’t be back until they seperate smokers! Did not appreciate having second hand smoke blown at me while eating, left feeling quite green…disgusting

It's called The Goat for obvious reasons. Stopped in for a few drinks and a light lunch, one of our better choices during this stay in Bali.
Definitely the coldest beers in Bali
Great food choices
Excellent service
Entertaining band / karaoke
Good location
If you're into it they have an onsite bookie.

LOCATION - LIVE BANDS - PLEASANT STAFF.
NEGITIVES:
SMOKERS PARADISE - EXPENSIVE UNINVITING ENVIROMNENT - WARM BEER - APPEARS TO HAVE AN UNHEALTHY HIGH STAFF TURNOVER (PROBABLY REFLECTS MANAGEMENT ATTITUDES.)

Love the Beers and the parma, its a place we stop to get take away beers as no other place serves beers as chilled as GOAT
Except the smoking whilst kids are around, everything else is great about the place.
Its a must must must visit for all.

Food was average, they try.
Drinks slow to come out.
Went to specifically watch a sporting event, they just couldn’t get the system working properly. Finally when it was close to working acceptably, someone else would mess with the controls and mess it up again. We left before the main event.

The Goat is a sports bar and we were here to watch the football and then have a meal.The prices were more expensive than we usually pay but then we saw peoples meals come out and could not believe the size of them.They were massive and the people sitting beside us could only eat half of them.I am a very small eater so didnt even try and order anything that I wasnt going to be able to eat in one sitting.If you love your food and your sport this is the best place for you.We had 1 cocktail(cucumber something which was awful) and a beer and it was 184000rph.I guess they make their money through the drinks you will consume watching the sport.
