Went here in a group of eight for a birthday party. Food was great and entertainment was a group of five drag queens who were excellent. We had lots to eat and drink and a great night was had by all. Food drinks and show cost about A$45 a head and were top value.

It is considered one of the best restaurants in the region. Excellent exterior design and design of the building structure. He looks very attractive and convincing. The exterior of the restaurant makes a stronger positive impression than the interior inside! The staff is very well trained, attentive, they work quickly, but sometimes the order can be expected up to one hour. For a long wait, we were not given a compliment from the establishment as a consolation gift. Decorating and preparing meals is very creditable! But some dishes are not tasty due to improper preparation. Meat dishes can be served not hot, meat can be cooked earlier, and served later under the guise of fresh. Prices here are high, do not match the quality of food. This restaurant is a great place to have some tasty and colorful cocktails with a great view of the sunset by the sea. I advise you to order here simple dishes that they often prepare from local products. This will not spoil the impression of visiting this restaurant.

Nice Dinner out

Had dinner here on the Beatles night which was a Wednesday. Great night out with lovely food we had the pan seared Barramundi & Chicken wrapped in bacon with red wine gravy. Can highly recommend a visit.

A Beautiful Resturant

Every trip to Bali we visit the Hitana Resturant. This time we were so taken by one of the yummy dishes, we went twice! Besides the food the service is great, always two for the price of one cocktails and most evenings entertainment. It’s feels more of a special occasion destination but even if you have come off the beach you are welcomed and treated to a wonderful dining experience.

Nice beach facing location at the Hotel Bali NIKSOMA! The staff Ayu & Mini we have known well over a decade and always give great service with that genuine Bali smile the food choices are well offered with a great morning breakfast buffet including omelet bar and a wide variety of coffee drinks and juices ! As for lunch and dinners they have great à la cart menu options with a good weekly special barbecue grilling up a wide variety of seafood , meets and poultry with many starch sides & veggies. However beware I believe Friday’s & Monday’s are evenings for a raunchy drag queen dinner show and not suitable for a quiet romantic or a family dinner however next door at the BANDHA hotel is a great restaurant called MOZZARELLA and the food is exceptional !

Very disappointing

I had eaten at the Hitani a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to have our last meal in Bali at the hitani. I was disappointed. When we arrived we were told that they had a 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour. I’m not a huge cocktail dan but thought ‘why not’. My husband ordered a margarita and he questioned whether there was any tequila in It. He couldn’t taste nor smell it. He was told that because it is a 2 for 1 cocktail a local cheaper tequila is used. So the 2 for 1 cocktails went out the window and a full price margarita was ordered. We ordered bruschetta to share and the bread hadn’t been toasted but there was a tomato and grilled cheese topping. Very odd bruschetta and not very enjoyable. I had a stuffed chicken dish which was quite tasty. My husband ordered the fish and it was so dry. All in all a very underwhelming meal and a not so underwhelming price.

The entertainment is amazing

Purely stumbled across this venue when just going for a walk. It was a Tuesday night and there was a drag show on for entertainment and boy did they entertain. The food menu looked nice, however our Hawaiian Pizza tasted like eating cardboard with a few random pieces of fresh pineapple and no ham in sight, so avoid the pizza unless you like eating cardboard. Good cocktail specials on – which were really good value and very popular, buy one cocktail and get one free which everyone seemed to take advantage of. There were other beverage choices to choose from, the house wine was good and the beers were ice cold. Toilets were very clean, which surprised me as there were so many patrons in the venue. Staff are friendly, attentive and very efficient. The show was very entertaining, the pizza was our only disappointment. Recommend a visit, especially on a drag show night.

Surprise show!

We stumbled across this place for dinner whilst walking along the beachfront and were pleasantly surprised! They had a delicious menu with combination of western (steak) and Balinese food, as well as a 2-for-1 cocktail hour. The best surprise was the show they put on with amazing dancers and musicians on the sunday night we were there.

Lunch review

Heaven is all I can say. What a beutifull place and food OMG. Tempura Vegetables with pickeled ginger and Wasabi. Grilled prawn salad with Soy sauce. Goyso with spicy soy glaze. Brilliant. Topped with 2 Daiquiris and finnished with an awesome Latte.

New years eve dinner 2022

Food was good service appalling. Our dishes were left for over 2 hours. Main course was stone cold. Seats at back end of restaurant could see evening entertainment. 3 times we had to ask for a drink. Extremely dissatisfied with service food and entertainment especially due to price paid. I would rate 3 out of 10 and that's me being kind. I would not be allowed to charge for this awful service in Scotland. Very poor. Pauline Gardner

Loud and weird international music..

Unfortunately again very noisy and all about Australian musique in the area. So sad give the spot is actually quite nice. Unfortunately nobody seem to understand that the Australian culture imported in Bali is a real nightmare. Had to ask to be located as far as possible from the western music and still was too loud to have a proper discussion…

Changed suddenly. Food and wine “off”

Eaten here a few times after beach. Always just ok. It’s peaceful most nights. ( part of hotel so expect some entertainment occasionally) Food has changed recently. Fatty beef. Old stale 1 week old wine. Service is amazing as always. As for what you get served. It’s like roulette now. Shame as was a go to place for quiet and nice environment.

Beautiful food and service

Stopped her walking along beachfront, great decision. Got table facing sea and delicious 2 for 1 cocktails all day. They were outstanding. Staff beautiful and attentive. Food amazing had a few dishes to share. Recommend gyozas, spring rolls and chicken curry. Oh and the crème brûlée perfect.

Best on the Legian / Seminyak strip

In our opinion this is the best food and service on the Legian / Seminyak waterfront strip. The food was simply superb and the service was friendly and attentive. Topping of a great night with a free hour of Drag Queens on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (7.30pm)
